0-6 o'clock does not support sleep data synchronization, and data can be synchronized after 6 o'clock;
If your continuous sleep time is less than 3 hours, the sleep data is not enough for scientific calculation, and the night sleep is not displayed, the relevant data will be counted as sporadic naps;
If the bracelet battery is insufficient before going to sleep, the bracelet will be turned off during sleep, and the sleep recorded by the bracelet for less than 3 hours will also lead to the inability to display the night sleep on the app.
