Dietary considerations during lactation
Breast-feeding mothers should have a diversified diet, of course, not partial eclipse, so as to fully absorb a variety of nutrients. The staple food should be coarse and fine, and the complementary food should be diversified as much as possible.
Vegetables and fruits can't be little, because fresh vegetables and fruits contain a lot of water, and also contain many vitamins and high cellulose needed by human body, which can prevent constipation and promote milk secretion, which can't be replaced by other foods.
Don't eat irritating food, such as pepper, otherwise irritating food will enter the baby's body through milk, which will affect the baby's health.
