By understanding the following methods, it can be solved.

I. Purpose of the investigation

With the loss of social change, people's outlook on life and values have also undergone tremendous changes. In this way, children's learning goals have changed. The compulsion of parents and the pressure of school make children more tired of learning, anxious about learning and lonely. In order to better understand the students' mental health status and provide help for better mental health education in the future, our research group conducted a random questionnaire survey on the mental health status of primary school students in two grades. The survey results are helpful for us to understand the mental health status of primary school students, grasp their psychological trends, analyze the causes of psychological problems and find reasonable countermeasures.

Second, the object and method

(2) survey methods

The questionnaire was designed by the mental health research group of primary school students. There are *** 18 small questions, which are simple and easy to judge. Students should answer according to the requirements of each question and their own situation.

Organize a forum in the class, let the children speak alone and talk about their troubles.

Third, the investigation and analysis

In the third and fourth grades of orchard primary school, a questionnaire survey and a student forum were conducted. The results show that the learning psychology of primary school students has obvious stage characteristics. Although the topic is simple and easy, right and wrong are clear, but in the statistical process, we still find that students have various problems in learning interest, family feelings, self-confidence and so on. At the same time, we also find that students generally have psychological problems such as inferiority, weariness of learning and insecurity, and some students are more prominent.

(A) Most students have a clear learning purpose, but they are obviously tired of learning.

Investigation and statistics show that most students show obvious weariness towards learning interest, which is manifested in the process of listening to lectures. Primary school students are always inattentive, yawning and looking around during the class, and are easily attracted by other actions. In school group activities, I do my own thing, and my classmates' has nothing to do with me. Even if they are related, I don't take it seriously. I do my own thing alone. Oppose feelings with teachers and parents. Some of them will be overexcited, fidgety and prone to crying; On the other hand, some children are depressed, timid, slow-moving, give up halfway, lack self-confidence, have low intelligence level, are inattentive and disorganized, observe problems carelessly and inaccurately, and have poor logic and flexibility of thinking. Fear of homework, parents' dependence on homework, and anxiety before and during exams have inhibited the brain and caused obvious anxiety symptoms.

(2) Some students lack self-confidence, and a few students suffer from depression due to inferiority complex.

Investigation and statistics show that students' self-confidence is unstable, which shows that they dare not raise their hands or speak actively in class, dare not speak in front of the group, are nervous and fluent in answering questions, and dare not take the initiative to ask for participation in other students' group or group activities; Dare not put forward their own opinions and suggestions, lack confidence in their own abilities, dare not participate in competitions, dare not compare with others, especially afraid of joking; Lack of self-confidence in the results or process of their own activities, often seek the affirmation of others, dare not act boldly, and dare not show their achievements in front of others. When others question you, you can't be sure or stick to your point of view. When encountering difficulties, they tend to be afraid, shrink back and give up easily instead of trying to solve them. I am afraid to try new things and activities. I always choose activities that are easier and avoid new activities that may be difficult or challenging. When you have conflicts with others, you often lack your own opinions and can't find a solution yourself. Instead, they rely on others to help them complain to their teachers or go home and tell their parents.
