If a person has no good health, how can he (she) live happily?

1. See the world with your heart. Not everyone in this world is going well, it's up to you to solve it yourself. For example, when you were walking, you were hit by someone and someone apologized to you. Sometimes you still feel angry, but you didn't expect the person who hit you to be worse than you. Think about the sentence "Happy is also a day, unhappy is also a day, why not be happy every day?" If you feel that you are in a bad mood, don't think about it. If you are still thinking, let yourself be busy, let yourself have no leisure to think, let yourself live every minute to the fullest, don't fall in love with bed when you wake up in the morning, get up when you get up, get busy, open the window, breathe the fresh morning air, relax yourself, and imagine yourself as a happy little angel ... 3.4. Move some key joints and muscles of your body. When doing it, the speed should be even and slow, and the action does not need to have a certain format. As long as you feel the joints relax and the muscles relax. Take a deep breath, inhale slowly and exhale slowly, and say "relax" in your mind every time you exhale. 6. Pay attention to some daily items. For example, look at a flower, a candle or anything soft and beautiful, and observe its nuances carefully. Light some spices and gently suck its fragrance. 7. Close your eyes and try to imagine some quiet and beautiful scenery, such as blue sea water, golden beach, white clouds, mountains and running water. 8. Do some favorite activities that have nothing to do with the current specific matters. For example, swimming, taking a hot bath, shopping, listening to music and watching TV. 9. Life is easy, life is easy, but life is not easy. Don't worry, there are almost as many people in this society as you, but they all live happily. Not everyone can succeed. As long as you work hard at everything and take life seriously, as long as you take every day seriously, no matter what your life is like, I believe it will be wonderful. Come on!

First of all, I suggest that you have a physical examination of your body, or go to the hospital to check your blood, whether there are diseases such as "adolescent hyperthyroidism" or anemia, and if so, you can treat it symptomatically.

I used to be a fragile person. When I was a child, my mother gave the kindergarten more medical expenses than "meals plus tuition". Because I have been sick since I was a child, I often go to the hospital with my medical records, and I have been taking care of myself from "registration-answering doctors' questions-taking medicine-injection". So, now I am almost "half a doctor".

However, now I am healthier than many people.

My experience is that some people are born strong, and some people have to adjust themselves to be healthy.

If you want to be healthy, you should pay attention to four aspects:

1. Pay attention to a healthy diet and balanced nutrition. It is not enough to eat rice alone, but also to have a proper amount of meat, eggs, milk, vegetables and fruits. In other words, daily food should consist of three categories:

Cereals (starch)+meat, eggs and milk (protein)+vegetables and fruits (plant crude fiber).

Of course, the specific combination can be selected according to everyone's taste habits and economic conditions. For example, I like simplicity and frugality:

Breakfast-1. Steamed bread+boiled eggs 2. Bread+milk 3. Noodles+eggs 4. Porridge+1 peanut (choose any combination).

Lunch-1. Rice+1 kind of meat or eggs+1 kind of vegetables (melons are also ok) 2. Porridge+steamed stuffed bun with vegetable meat 3. Cook jiaozi.

(Dinner is the same, probably don't repeat it with lunch. )

2. Choose the exercise that suits you.

Healthy people can do a lot of exercise, but weak people are not suitable for all sports. I suggest you learn Tai Chi (Tai Ji Chuan, Tai Chi Sword, Tai Chi Knife, etc. ), this is a kind of internal and external training exercise, which is especially beneficial to people with weak systems. And swimming. Swimming is an aerobic exercise, which can not only strengthen people's bones and muscles, but also enhance heart and lung function.

3. Arrange the work and rest time reasonably, and don't stay up late. Staying up late is the most harmful to health.

Make more friends with people who are kind-hearted, optimistic and cheerful and have always maintained a good attitude.

I wish you health and happiness!
