1. If the holder changes the current administrative organ due to work change, household registration transfer and other reasons, he shall apply to the public security vehicle management department for the transfer of the driver's license. In any of the following circumstances, the transfer-out business cannot be handled:
(1) Illegal unfinished accident;
(two) the motor vehicle driver's license is in the suspension period;
(3) driving license during the internship period;
(4) Holding a study driver's license;
(five) if it is really necessary to apply during the additional driving learning period, the driver himself shall apply for cancellation of the vehicle learning certificate for additional driving learning.
2. If the public security vehicle management department of the transfer place agrees to transfer out after reviewing all the registered items, it shall issue a notice of driver's license transfer, print the registration items of motor vehicle driver's license stamped with the administrative seal of the public security vehicle management department of the transfer place, seal up the registration items of motor vehicle driver's license, the application form of motor vehicle driver's license, the process record sheet and the notice of time training expiration, and hand them over to the public security vehicle management department of the new residence or temporary residence. The transferred driver's license shall be stamped with the seal of "transfer out".
Second, the information needed to handle the transaction.
1, motor vehicle driver's license;
2. The applicant shall fill in the Application Form for Verification, Replacement, Replacement, Transfer, Change and Cancellation of Motor Vehicle Driving License according to the instructions for filling in the form (the form can be collected free of charge at the Vehicle Administration Office of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Public Security Bureau and its branches where the driving license is located);
3. Proof of household registration transfer, temporary residence permit or job transfer certificate valid for more than 1 year and their copies;
4. Resident identity card and its copy.
(Note: In case of any change, the announcement of the vehicle management office shall prevail. Before handling, you'd better consult the vehicle management offices of the two places about the relocation. One thing to note: you can't go through the transfer-in formalities for more than 3 months from the date of transfer-out, otherwise it will not be processed, remember! )
