First, establish a bottom-up infectious disease reporting system step by step to ensure the normal operation of the monitoring and early warning system and timely discover potential hidden dangers and possible infectious diseases. During the epidemic of infectious diseases, the school implements a 24-hour duty system.
Two, the principal is the first person responsible for reporting public health emergencies such as infectious diseases. The head teacher is the first person responsible for the report of infectious diseases of students in this class.
Third, the class teacher should report suspected cases to the school doctor (health teacher) and the leaders in charge in time when he finds them in the daily morning and afternoon inspection and student absence summary. At the same time, send the suspected cases to the temporary observation room for isolation and take protective measures on their own.
Four, school doctors (health teachers) after receiving the epidemic report, immediately report to the competent education and health departments after verification, and fill in the infectious disease report form. The written report on the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in schools should reflect the whole process of the epidemic situation (symptoms, quantity, present situation, scope, etc.). ), and signed by the person in charge of the school (or stamped by the school).
Third, all departments of the school must ensure the smooth flow of information. When there is a suspected epidemic of infectious diseases, the school doctor (health care teacher) and the relevant departments of the school should immediately report to the leading group for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the school and report to the local disease prevention and control center by the fastest communication within 2 hours. As the first person responsible for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, the principal shall report to the higher education administrative department in time.
Four, school doctors (health teachers) in accordance with the specific requirements of the higher health and education departments, the implementation of a good reporting system and zero reporting system.
5. No department or individual may conceal, delay reporting, falsely report or instruct others to conceal, delay reporting or falsely report the epidemic situation of infectious diseases. If found, any department or individual has the right to report to the administrative departments of health and education and ask them to bear the corresponding consequences.
