1 You should have a good rest. Studies have proved that the main reason for the decline in attention is lack of rest. If you don't have a good rest, you will be distracted. Have a good rest when it's time to rest. Adjusting work and rest time is the key to improving attention. It is not good to sleep too much. Too much sleep will disturb your work and rest, but it will make you lazier. Give yourself an alarm clock to stop sleeping late.

2 make a good plan. Before you do something, think about what you want to accomplish today. If you don't have a goal, it's easy for you to spend too much time on activities such as checking emails, texting and browsing the web. You will become suspicious and never finish the last thing. Choose the environment where you work or study. Obviously, the school library, study room, study room, etc. are definitely more conducive to concentrating your attention than other noisy public places. Generally, an environment with few people is more conducive to your concentration on work.

5 a balanced diet. Eating too much will overload your digestive system and make you feel uncomfortable and sleepy. In fact, your body needs much less food than you think. A light and healthy diet will make it easier to concentrate.

6. Exercise regularly. Another important factor whether we can concentrate is our health. 7 change the environment. Working in the same environment all the time, you will feel bored. Changing the working environment frequently will keep you fresh about what you are doing and make it easier to concentrate.
