It is considered that time management disposition is a stable characteristic of individual's sense of time value, time monitoring and time efficacy, and it is also a personality trait. The Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale (ATMD) is compiled. Britten and others made a pioneering study on time management.
As a compound negative emotion, anxiety is a common mental health problem among college students. Some studies have pointed out that time management itself can not reduce negative emotions, but it has a certain function of regulation and buffering. The tendency of time management at home and abroad mainly focuses on the relationship between academic performance, self-worth, type A personality and achievement motivation.
The purpose of this study is to explore time management, anxiety and their relationship, and then verify whether reasonable time management can alleviate or adjust college students' anxiety in time use.

1.2 method.
Tool adolescent time management disposition scale. The scale has 44 items, which are divided into time value sub-scale, time monitoring sub-scale and time efficiency sub-scale.
The time value sub-scale is divided into two sub-dimensions of social orientation and self-orientation, with *** 10 entry; The time monitoring and observation subscale is divided into five factors, including goal setting, planning, priority, time allocation and feedback, and has 24 items. The subscale of time efficacy is divided into two sub-dimensions: time management behavior efficacy and time management efficacy, with a total of *** 10 entries.
The scale is scored on a five-point scale. The higher the score, the higher the level of time management disposition. The reliability coefficient of internal consistency in each dimension of the scale is between 0.62-0.8 1, and the retest reliability coefficient is between 0.7 1-0.85.
