Why do I need to sign my name and press my handprint to apply for a health certificate?

Need to be fingerprinted

When you need personal signature, you need to sign your name, fill in the ID number of year, month and year, and press your thumb print on your name with the red stamp of that seal. This is what happens when you press your fingerprint to run a healthy molecule at the CDC. You need to sign your name, and, um, the name of the company you work for has no health certificate and is only valid for one year, and it's free.
