Tomato beef soup

one

Materials:

500g of tendon, 250g of tomato sauce, 50g of sugar, refined salt100g, a little monosodium glutamate, half an onion, carrot100g, celery100g, a slice of fragrant leaves, batter100g and peas/kloc.

Exercise:

Wash the meat, put it in a pot, add 2 liters of water, boil it, and skim off the blood foam with a spoon;

Then put the rice on the plate, dig a hole in the middle and pour it into the beef sauce.

One egg, 75g milk, 30g flour, a little vanilla essential oil (or vanilla extract), jam 15g sugar 15g butter 10g (or peanut oil).

Exercise:

Beat the eggs into the bowl first, then pour 30 grams of flour and 75 grams of milk into the egg bowl three times, add them while stirring, mix them into porridge, and add a little vanilla oil.

Heat the frying pan on the fire, add butter, pour half of the egg paste into the pancake, and fry on both sides until cooked. Spread the other half of the egg paste into pancakes.

First, put the yolks of two eggs in a bowl, add 100g milk, a little vanilla oil and 100g flour, and stir into porridge.

Then add 25g sugar to the egg whites of two eggs, beat well, pour into the beaten egg paste, and then stir well.

Finally, peel and core 250g apples (about 2 apples), cut them into eight pieces, dip them in a layer of egg paste, fry them in a frying pan until they are yellow, and take them out and put them on a plate. Sprinkle 25 grams of sugar on it and serve.
