What food contains more fat?

Animal fat has the highest saturated fat content. Try to eat as little as possible, including animal offal, and eat less junk food (that is, snacks such as shrimp strips, potato chips, biscuits and cakes that are often bought in supermarkets are almost all made of palm oil).
