Announcement on prevention and control of written test epidemic situation of primary and secondary school teachers in Shaanxi Province in the second half of 2022
In the second half of 2022, the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers (written examination) will be held on June 29th 10. In order to ensure the life safety and physical health of the majority of candidates, and do a good job in organizing and implementing the examination under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, according to the relevant spirit of the Notice on Printing and Distributing (No.39 [2022] of Shaanxi Pneumonia Office), according to the examination method of the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers, and combined with the reality of our province, the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control are hereby announced as follows:
I. Epidemic Prevention Policy
According to the Notice of the Office of the Leading Group for novel coronavirus Work in Shaanxi Province on Printing and Distributing the Guidance Plan for the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation in the Examination of Education and Other Related Industries in Shaanxi Province (for Trial Implementation) (No.39 [2022] of Shaanxi Pneumonia Office):
1. Those whose nucleic acid test results are positive, or the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 during isolation treatment, and those who have not been released from isolation, are not allowed to take the exam.
2. Persons who have lived in the county (city, district, sub-provincial city street) where local COVID-19-infected people are located or in the county (city, district, sub-provincial city street) where high-risk areas are located, or those who have lived abroad, who have not completed the prescribed isolation control measures, may not take the examination.
3. Candidates who are controlled by epidemic prevention are not allowed to take the exam.
4. Candidates with non-green health codes and travel codes cannot take the exam.
Second, prepare for the exam
1. In view of the sporadic epidemic situation in China, the risk of epidemic spread persists. In order to prevent the examination from being delayed due to staying in different places, candidates should try their best to return to the area where they are applying for the examination in advance, and must do personal protection until the end of the examination.
2. Candidates must monitor their physical health, measure their body temperature and truthfully record their personal health information (self-recording, self-saving for future reference) from 7 days before the exam (10 for overseas candidates).
3. Candidates must apply for "Shaanxi One Code Pass" (health code) and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" (travel code) in advance, and continue to pay attention to their health code status. Candidates with non-green health codes and travel codes cannot take the exam.
4. Negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours must be provided during the examination (both paper version and electronic version are acceptable).
5. Epidemic prevention and control shall be based on the principle of territorial management. Candidates should pay close attention to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements at the registration place in time, do not go out, gather or go to crowded places unless necessary, and do all the preparations before the exam to ensure the smooth participation in the exam.
Third, the examination implementation
1. Candidates should arrive at the test center 1 hour in advance. When entering the testing center, you should keep a safe distance, consciously show your health code, travel code and negative report of 48-hour nucleic acid testing, accept body temperature testing, verify your identity, and hand in a health commitment letter (see annex).
2. Candidates must bring their own disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks. During the inspection, you should abide by the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, take the initiative to accept temperature measurement, and wear a mask all the time except for identity verification.
3. After the exam, candidates should leave in an orderly manner within a safe distance according to the instructions of the exam staff.
4. Failing to report the real contact history and physical abnormality to the relevant departments as required, and being found by the epidemic prevention and control department, and implementing control measures to affect the inspection, it shall be responsible for itself.
