Lu 'an 2022 first-class constructor qualification examination will be held in Lu 'an on June165438+1October 65438+September 20th. In order to effectively protect the life safety and health of the majority of candidates and ensure the safe and orderly conduct of this examination, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
1. Candidates must apply for "Ankang Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" in advance, and continue to pay attention to the status of the two codes and keep the green code. Non-green code candidates need to change the green code as soon as possible through health punching, personal complaints and nucleic acid testing. It is recommended that candidates who have not been vaccinated without contraindications complete the vaccination as soon as possible.
Two, candidates should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the territorial epidemic prevention and control, accept the corresponding isolation observation, health management and nucleic acid detection. Candidates outside Lu 'an should come (return) as soon as possible to avoid the situation that they can't take the exam as scheduled.
3. Candidates who have lived in the epidemic-prone area for 7 days before the exam are required to implement centralized isolation for 7 days before the exam 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days (the management period starts from leaving the risk area) and provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection. Candidates who have lived in the epidemic risk area for 7 days before the exam need to be isolated at home for 7 days on the first 1, fourth and seventh days before taking the exam (the management period starts from leaving the risk area) and provide negative proof of nucleic acid test. Candidates who have lived in the low-risk area of the county (city, district) where the high and medium-risk areas are located for 7 days before the test are required to provide negative proof of two nucleic acid tests (at least 24 hours between sampling) after leaving the county (city, district) where the epidemic occurred for 3 days before the test.
4. Candidates should arrive at the test center at least 60 minutes in advance with their valid resident ID card, negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours (paper version or electronic version is acceptable from the start time of their first test), green code "Ankang Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card", and their body temperature is lower than 37.3℃, and then enter the test center in an orderly manner after being checked by the on-site staff (candidates are not allowed to use bright code instead of scanning code, and screenshots instead of scanning code.
5. Candidates who cannot provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test day, candidates whose "Ankang Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" are not green codes and whose risks have not been ruled out, and candidates who are not suitable to take the test according to the local epidemic prevention and control policies, will not take the test.
6. Candidates who fail to arrive at the test center on the day of the test due to epidemic control and other reasons are deemed to have automatically waived their qualification for the test.
Seven, candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks, in addition to the verification of information can take off the mask, should be worn throughout. If you go to the test center by public transport, you should wear a mask all the way and do personal protection on the way; Be sure to use alcohol disinfection products for hand disinfection before entering the test center.
Eight, candidates should do daily temperature measurement and health monitoring, continue to pay attention to the status of health code and travel code, and reduce unnecessary gathering activities.
