Second, the nucleic acid detection team of Urumqi epidemic prevention and control headquarters will co-ordinate arrangements for Urumqi CDC or other competent district and county CDC and testing institutions, and organize professional medical personnel to conduct on-site sampling within 24 hours after receiving district and county reports; Conduct nucleic acid detection in strict accordance with the detection process specifications, and issue a test report to the district and county epidemic prevention and control headquarters within 24 hours. The district and county epidemic prevention and control headquarters will submit the nucleic acid test report to the applicant through the community. The cost of nucleic acid testing shall be borne by the municipal finance.
Third, if the above-mentioned personnel found no abnormality in the full coverage nucleic acid test in Urumqi, they can apply to the district and county CDC through the community, and the district and county CDC will issue a certificate that there is no abnormality in the nucleic acid test and affix the official seal of the district and county CDC. The certificate that there is no abnormality in nucleic acid detection is only used within the last 7 days and the validity period of the last nucleic acid detection.
