(3) The recent 2-inch electronic photos must be named after the ID number, with the format of JPG or JPEG and the size of15-40KB;
(four) health and family planning industry occupation skill appraisal registration summary.
For colleges and universities, all the application materials (1) to (4) of candidates are submitted in electronic form, packaged and sent to the designated email address according to the following requirements, and the subject of the email is "College Name+Health Manager":
1, registration materials (1) and (2), personal appraisal application form and relevant supporting materials (each candidate has a separate folder named after the candidate's name);
2. Registration materials (3), electronic photos of all candidates;
3.(4) Application materials and appraisal registration summary table (EXCEL table).
A health manager who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the exam:
Have been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class health manager.
After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the training of the first-class health manager, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
Bachelor degree in medicine and health, engaged in this major or related professional work 13 years or more.
After obtaining the qualification of deputy senior and above professional and technical positions in medical and health specialty, he has been trained by a first-class health manager and reached the required standard hours, and obtained a certificate of completion.
Have a master's degree or doctor's degree certificate in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 0/0 years.
