For example, the rotation system of small cadres implemented in our class has broken the teacher's "centralized" and "authority of small cadres". Any student can apply to the class cadres for positions, participate in the selection of small cadres, and explain his views and practices to the whole class. After a class teacher is elected in a democratic election, he can often help students reflect on their work methods and interpersonal communication through class cadre meetings and individual heart-to-heart talks, and guide them to write a work summary in time, so that every student can gain something in each semester. In the process of meeting students' highest needs of "self-realization", in the process of teaching students to be human and learn to do things, students' personality and ability are improved.

Moral lessons should be full of fun. Life without humor is boring, and classes without humor are also boring. As a teacher, we should try our best to make our teaching language like kindling, and ignite the fire of interest in students' hearts; Like a stone, it stirs up waves of interest in students' spiritual harbor, which frees our classroom from "sulking" and "craftsman spirit", so it is full of "anger" and "aura".
Moral lessons should be full of human feelings. What attracts students most is the moral course? Through practice, we know: first of all, what we talk about in class is closely related to students, and they are most concerned about and need to know; Secondly, you can speak freely in class, express your feelings and experience the psychological satisfaction brought by emotional communication and psychological collision. It can be seen that the effectiveness of a moral education class depends first on whether it is close to the reality of students and whether it makes students feel. The formation of healthy personality is closely related to environment, family atmosphere and parents' words and deeds. Therefore, while strengthening students' mental health education, schools should also strengthen the guidance to students' parents and let mental health education enter the family. Not only should parents know about the various mental health education activities carried out by the school for students, but more importantly, they should use various effective ways and means to communicate with parents, create a good family atmosphere and let students develop physically and mentally.
1, set up a special lecture. Every semester, the school should hire experts and teachers who have certain research in mental health education to give special lectures to parents of students of different grades, so that parents of each child can pay enough attention to mental health education. For example, in view of the physical and mental characteristics of senior primary school students who are about to enter adolescence, our teacher gave parents a special lecture on "Psychological characteristics and education of teenagers", which was widely welcomed by parents.
2. Exchange teaching experience. At the parent-teacher conference once every semester, we should invite several parents who pay attention to the cultivation of their children's psychological quality to exchange experiences in educating their children and play a typical demonstration role.
3. Home visit guidance. Home visit is an effective way for teachers to guide family education. Through home visits, teachers and parents can communicate and discuss face to face and solve problems in family mental health education. This is more targeted and effective.
4. Open the psychological counseling hotline of the class teacher. What I do is to send a hotline card to each parent, stipulating that the hotline is open to parents from 7: 00 to 9: 00 every night. Parents can use this time to keep regular contact with the class teacher to solve the psychological problems in the process of educating their children, and at the same time, it is convenient for teachers to guide the development of family education activities at any time.
In a word, it is impossible to cultivate students' healthy personality overnight. We must provide persistent mental health education and guidance to students of different ages through various ways and channels to help them improve their psychological quality, perfect their personality, enhance their frustration tolerance and their ability to adapt to the new environment, and meet the challenges of the new century.
