These two laws and regulations clearly stipulate that the occupation that endangers the health of female employees refers to the occupation with occupational harmful factors that may adversely affect the physiological function of female employees. Some of these occupational harmful factors directly damage the reproductive system or function of female workers, and some indirectly cause reproductive damage.

The concentrations of lead and its compounds, mercury and its compounds, benzene, beryllium, carbon disulfide and other poisons in the air of workplace exceed the national hygiene standards, and the productive dust such as silica dust, asbestos dust and coal dust also exceed the national hygiene standards.

Such as ionizing radiation, non-ionizing radiation (ultraviolet, infrared, high frequency, microwave, laser, etc. ), noise, vibration, abnormal meteorological conditions (high temperature and high humidity), etc.
