Experience of mental health education [3]

The first part is the experience of mental health education.

Human health includes physical, psychological and social adaptability. Nowadays, with the development of the times, people's health problems are more and more, especially in primary and secondary schools, and the mental health problems of teenagers are endless. As a class teacher, facing all kinds of students in my class, I often feel my lack of knowledge and ability. Through these two days of study, I have listened to many experts' wonderful explanations and gained a lot. Teachers, as the concrete implementers of mental health education in schools, require us not only to have profound knowledge and excellent professional skills, but also to have a sound personality. In the daily teaching career, I often feel that teachers' manners have a great influence on students. An excellent teacher will create a harmonious atmosphere in the classroom and make your students feel like a spring breeze. Therefore, I think the health of teachers' psychological quality is also the starting point of implementing mental health education and emotional education, and the basis of building a good teacher-student relationship. In educational practice, every teacher is required to constantly improve moral cultivation and enhance personality cultivation.

Through this study, I also realized the importance of mental health education for students. As a teacher, my duty is not only to spread information and accept occupation, but also to care about students' hearts. In addition to daily teaching, we should take time to seriously understand and analyze students' problems and behaviors. Primary and secondary schools have a great influence on students' mental health and life. We often hear about students' suicide in news and life, whether in study or life, which also shows that the psychological endurance of contemporary teenagers needs to be improved. Faced with these problems, teachers should also study more, try to prescribe the right medicine, give encouragement to students and help them regain their confidence. When we can't get rid of the social atmosphere, we should learn from our classmates, and parents should adopt more scientific methods to educate their children. For example, try to create a healthy educational environment and carry out targeted psychological education activities; We can communicate with parents and cooperate with each other, and we should infiltrate into the process of school education.

The second part is the experience of mental health education.

I feel very lucky to attend the 20 19 seminar for heads of mental health education in colleges and universities in Hunan Province. Therefore, in addition to being on duty on Friday, I benefited a lot from listening to expert teachers in my spare time from Monday to Thursday. Not only learned more professional knowledge, but also broadened my horizons. During this short four-day training, I was deeply impressed and interested in many of them. On the first day of training, I was deeply impressed by Mr. Xi's views. First, children are playing, so we should pay attention to the training of children's various senses and form sensory integration. Before I came into contact with psychology, I didn't know and didn't think about this view, but after that, I recognized this view very much. Whether in the future teaching or when treating our children, we should attach importance to the development of sensory function, which is conducive to the development of physical and mental health. Second, the problem we are facing is the functional process of adapting to social life. It is a process in which we choose to grow stronger instead of avoiding problems, which is within psychological resilience's concept. Third, schools should pay attention to active education. Some researchers have found that happy people will develop better. Active education is not only beneficial to students' inner feelings, but also necessary for their future development. Fourthly, there are three key tasks in educational consultation: curriculum, practice and supervision. It is understandable that curriculum is very important for school education, and it is the foundation and top priority of school education. However, practice and supervision are not important in mental health education in many schools. True knowledge comes from practice, and no matter how good theoretical knowledge is, it needs to be tested by practice! Supervision is what all counselors need and should do. It can not only improve the counseling ability of counselors, but also help them eliminate negative information and maintain their mental health. Only mental health consultants can better promote the mental health of visitors.

In the second day's training, I also had a lot of feelings about some views of Ethan. First, mental health education is not an independent kingdom, but integrated with other school work. In the whole process of teacher Li's lecture, this view is interspersed among them, and works from all over the world reflect this concept. For example, their school's electronic technology is very powerful, so it is a very convenient way to make full use of this human and material resources, use big data to understand students' psychological status, develop school mental health education apps, and broaden students' ways to seek psychological help or growth. Second, the goal of school psychological counseling should be to effectively solve students' ideological, psychological and behavioral problems, pay attention to the innovation of methods, carry out mental health education at different levels and categories, and combine development with prevention. Although we need to make clear the general direction of our work, we still have to improvise and deal with specific problems. The work of coping with the change of problems/contradictions cannot be static. Third, look for mental health education resources to form a joint force for educating people. According to the characteristics of their school, Mr. Li put forward the resources of their school, such as the curriculum and credit resources of the Academic Affairs Office, the teachers and students resources of the Cultural Quality Center, the recommendation of psychological books in the library, the garden department of the logistics group, the internal resources of students and key education projects, the cooperation of information resources between schools and colleges, the cooperation of off-campus resources, and the part-time consultants of consulting institutions. Of course, not every university can develop these resources, but we can actively discover our own school resources, enrich psychological education resources, promote the development of psychological education, and effectively improve students' psychological quality. Fourth, constantly summarize the model and emphasize the understanding of the mechanism. Summary and reflection are what we need to do in everything, not just mental health education. After the model is formed, we can use it better and learn from it. Behavior needs to be based. We need not only the theoretical basis, but also the principles behind it. Only in this way can we use it more flexibly. Fifth, there is nothing wrong with games, and there is nothing wrong with students playing games, but if you can't control your input when playing games, then you have a problem playing games. This involves the issue of self-control and self-discipline. Only when we can get in and out at any time can our addiction be healthy and appropriate.

On the third day of training, I heard a question about the diagnostic criteria of mental disorders. What impressed me most about this content is that we are psychological counselors. We need to master the contents within the scope of psychological consultation and accurately grasp the boundaries of cases that need to be referred to psychotherapy, which requires us to understand some diagnostic criteria in the content of psychotherapy. Although we can't make a diagnosis, we can determine whether a referral is needed. In case of the following visitors, they need to be referred in time. 1. Have suicidal thoughts or attempted suicide; 2. More than moderate anxiety, depression and other obstacles; 3. Intermittent recurrent attacks, persistent anxiety or depression; 4. Depression with psychotic disorder; 5. Recent severe social pressure, loss or emotional trauma. We need to remember these five situations. Delaying the illness may have serious consequences, both for consultants and visitors. The flexible use of these cases that need to be referred depends on our understanding of the diagnostic criteria of common mental disorders, and some simple scales can also be used to assist judgment, such as PHQ-9 Mental Health Scale, GAD-7 Generalized Anxiety Scale, Depression Symptom Scale and Anxiety Symptom Scale.

On the fourth day of training, I listened to the lectures given by Yue Xiaodong and Xu Kaiwen, and they all expounded their understanding and views on psychological counseling. I got several impressive scores. First of all, I learned more about mental disorders and the opinions and skills of various schools for psychological counseling. Different methods can be used for different visitors, and various methods can be used together. The key is to be suitable for visitors. Secondly, Mr. Xu Kaiwen expounded the problem of multiple consulting relationships. Although I am not a teacher now, my career goal is to be a teacher, so teachers have a dual identity when consulting, that is to say, the relationship with visitors is both consulting and teacher-student relationship. Under such multiple relationships, what we need to do is not to be bound by this, but to find more resources that are conducive to solving the problem of visitors. Finally, I deeply realize the importance of ethical relations in today's consultation. Although we haven't encountered any legal disputes, we still need to look at this issue carefully. We should improve our professional knowledge, try our best to help tourists and learn to protect ourselves. Only in this way can our negotiation go further.

Chapter III Experience of Mental Health Education

The "Professional Knowledge Training of School Mental Health Education under Epidemic Situation" conducted by Hanjiang District Education Bureau in summer vacation is really a golden opportunity, which gives me the privilege to get in close contact with two professors, namely, psychological tutor Mao, psychologist and Xiao Yang Gu. They are amiable people and have their own aura. Participating in such training activities makes people feel cordial, warm and full. Through this study, I deeply realized that mental health education is an indispensable basic knowledge for doing educational work and being a good teacher. Three days of course study, although a little tired, but full of harvest, very practical I believe that every participating teacher can learn some psychological professional knowledge and skills more or less, and can implement and apply them in his own education and teaching.

In this study, what impressed me most was the analysis and exchange of peer supervision cases. This kind of case is also something that our front-line teachers often encounter and feel headache. What should we do in the face of such problem students as "24 don't talk, even the immortals can't start"? Tracing back to the source, there must be a problem family behind every appearance of problem children. With the increasing social phenomena such as single parents, divorced families and left-behind children, the parenting style is simple and rude, and there are more and more children with psychological problems. In view of this problem, we had a heated discussion. First of all, we should look at the essence through the phenomenon. Why did the child become like this? Then communicate effectively and reasonably, learn to make out with children and accept them unconditionally. Sometimes a simple caress and hug is worth a thousand words. When children are willing to open their hearts, slowly influence them. If all educators are as good at discovering children's bright spots as they are, they can make full use of them and tap them, so that children can increase their self-confidence. All parents, like Xia Xiaomei, will effectively deal with parent-child conflicts with their children. I believe that when I grow up, there will be fewer and fewer problem students and the probability of committing crimes will be lower and lower. Of course, this requires long-term perseverance and the joint efforts of home and school.
