Market supervision and management departments at all levels are responsible for the supervision and management of health examination of food employees, carry out daily supervision and inspection of health examination of food employees within their respective jurisdictions, assist Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration in carrying out complaints about health examination of food producers and operators, and investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations.
