According to the regulations, if the special operation certificate needs to be reviewed, an application shall be made to the original examination and certification authority or the examination and certification authority where it works. Where the special operation certificate needs to be reviewed, the applicant or the applicant's employer shall apply to the original examination and certification authority or the examination and certification authority where the applicant works, and submit the following materials within 60 days before the expiration of the validity period:

(1) A health certificate issued by a community or medical institution at or above the county level;

(2) engaging in special operations;

(3) Records of passing the safety training examination.

If it is necessary to extend the renewal of the special operation certificate at the expiration of the validity period, it shall apply for an extension of review in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Special operations personnel shall meet the following conditions:

1, over 18 years old. However, personnel engaged in blasting operations and underground gas inspection in coal mines shall not be less than 20 years old;
