Strengthening physical exercise is the best way to strengthen physical fitness. However, we should pay attention to the scientific nature of physical exercise.
(1) Define the exercise goal.
Everyone's specific goal of participating in physical exercise is different, and different goals and objectives have different requirements and practices for the selection of exercise content and methods and the arrangement of exercise load. Therefore, when making an exercise plan, we must first make clear the purpose of exercise and determine a practical exercise goal, so as to overcome the blindness of exercise, enhance our consciousness and improve our enthusiasm for exercise.
(2) Reasonable arrangement of exercise time
According to the characteristics of the school, when making students' exercise plan, one academic year or one semester is usually the exercise cycle, so as to determine the number of extracurricular exercises and the time of each exercise. Students should ensure that they have 1 hour or more physical exercise time at school every day. In addition to attending morning exercises, recess exercises, physical education class and extracurricular physical exercise activities arranged by the school on time, we should also arrange our own after-school exercises in the afternoon without physical education class, and form a good habit of conscious exercise.
(3) Reasonable selection of exercise content
Different contents and methods of physical exercise have different effects on human body. Different contents and methods have their own characteristics, some can improve the quality and health of a certain sport, some can promote the normal development of the body and form a good figure, some can strengthen entertainment, regulate the spirit and enrich cultural life, some can prevent diseases and eliminate physiological dysfunction, some can enhance cardiopulmonary function, and some can improve cardiopulmonary function. Some can increase muscle strength. We should pay attention to the organic combination of different sports qualities and sports quality exercises with other exercises in practice methods. At the same time, we should also choose sports to enhance the cardiopulmonary function, such as running, playing basketball, playing football, swimming, skating, rhythmic gymnastics and so on. Only in this way can we get a good exercise effect by reasonably matching the exercise content.
(4) Reasonable arrangement of exercise load
Exercise load refers to the physiological load of human body during physical exercise. Too much or too little load can not produce benign stimulation to human body. If the load is too small, the exercise effect is not obvious; If the load is too large, it will affect health and even cause sports injuries. Only by properly and reasonably arranging the exercise load can the best exercise effect be achieved.
