Treatment conditions
(1) Normal retirement: male employees reach 60 years of age, female employees reach 50 years of age and female cadres reach 55 years of age, and the payment period reaches 15 years.
(2) Retirement due to illness or non-work-related injury: male employees are over 50 years old, female employees are over 45 years old, and the payment period has reached 15 years, and they also have the appraisal certificate of total incapacity recognized by the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau.
(3) Retirement of special types of work: workers whose male employees have reached the age of 55 and female employees have reached the age of 45, and whose continuous service has reached 10 years (including basic cadres with the same working conditions as workers). Article 1 Workers of enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:
(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years.
(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years.
This provision also applies to grassroots cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.
(3) The male has reached the age of 50, the female has reached the age of 45, and has worked continuously for ten years, and has been certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, and has completely lost the ability to work.
