If you want to turn white, you must first understand why we turn black, because melanin is produced by melanocytes. When ultraviolet rays harm our skin, melanocytes produce melanin to protect our skin from ultraviolet rays. Therefore, the principle of whitening is divided into two steps: preventing melanin production and reducing the generated melanin into colorless melanin precursors (it doesn't matter if you don't understand, look down at the dry goods).

1, physical sun protection (umbrella+hat+sleeve)

This is my most commonly used method, because I can't get up in the morning, so I often don't have time to apply sunscreen, and I spend most of my working time indoors. Therefore, I usually take my hat and umbrella when I go out. The hat can not only protect the sun, but also cover the hair that was blown up in the wrong sleeping position last night. It can also cover the oil head that has not been washed for two days. It is omnipotent. An umbrella protects against the sun, no sun and rain, and no leucorrhea. Cufflinks are usually used when wearing short sleeves in summer, and then wearing masks every day because of the epidemic. Basically, this sunscreen is enough.

2. Chemical sunscreen (sunscreen)

Sunscreen is generally selected according to personal preference. Look at those sunscreen evaluations, from an objective point of view. It is best to buy sunscreen products separately for the body and face, and the sensitivity is different. Universal products may not be suitable for everyone. If you don't sweat much indoors, you don't need to put sunscreen on your face. But why do many people eat vitamin C and find it doesn't turn white?

1, maybe the meal time is too short.

It is unrealistic to want to turn white in a short time. Generally, the skin condition can be improved in one month, but it takes more than three months to see the change of skin color with the naked eye. It took me four months to see with the naked eye that I turned white. Don't be impatient.

2. Because I didn't choose the right vitamin C.

When I first started eating, I also went to the drugstore and bought a large bottle of vitamin C effervescent tablets for a few dollars. I found it useless after eating it for half a year.
