Investigation report on health status of the elderly

Investigation report on health status of the elderly

With the continuous progress of society, more and more people contact and use reports, and they also have certain tips in writing. So, how to write a good report? The following is my carefully compiled survey report on the health status of the elderly. Welcome to read the collection.

Investigation report on the health status of the elderly 1 1. Various profiles of the community

(1) Living conditions of the elderly

Most old people are willing to live with their children. Some old people have pensions, some rely on their children, some still work outside the home, and some old people can't live on pensions. Most elderly people think that medical insurance is not perfect, but everyone is basically satisfied with their current life.

2) Community living conditions.

We investigated several communities. The Science and Education Village Community is an old building with a relatively small scope, Sunshine 100 is a relatively high-grade building with relatively new facilities and buildings, and Taohuaping Community is an ordinary community. In addition, our group members think that there are not enough garbage stations in this community, because it is difficult for the elderly to walk, so more garbage stations should be built. The three communities we surveyed can more clearly reflect the problem of paying.

(3) Facilities in the community for the elderly

Judging from the surveyed communities, the infrastructure of the Science and Education New Village is basically absent, while the infrastructure of Sunshine 100 Community is complete, and the infrastructure of Taohuaping Campus is basically ok, which can basically meet the needs of the elderly. My team members believe that the elderly community should be equipped with indoor infrastructure, so that the elderly can exercise in rainy days, and it is best to set anti-slip ground on the indoor ground to prevent the elderly from falling. There are too few places to rest in the community, because the elderly sometimes need to rest when they are tired. The community should set up more exercise equipment when planning, so as to ensure the health of the elderly.

(4) Community greening

Judging from the surveyed communities, there is little or no greening in the science and education new village. The sunshine at 100 is relatively late, which also meets the demand of the elderly for fresh air there. Taohuaping community is basically ok, and the elderly are satisfied. But my team members believe that greening is an important part of community planning, which not only makes the community look beautiful, but also brings fresh air to the elderly during morning exercises and makes them healthier.

(5) Community transportation system.

Judging from the surveyed community, all kinds of traffic systems around are good, which meet the needs of the elderly. It is convenient to go shopping in various places by bus, such as medical points and supermarkets, but some roads are crowded and old people are prone to fall down. Therefore, it is suggested to make the road as wide as possible when planning, but the old man is very satisfied with it.

(6) Types of buildings around the community

Judging from the communities surveyed, the surrounding environment of each community is too noisy, and firecrackers often occur in the middle of the night, which greatly affects the sleep quality of the elderly. There are all kinds of buildings. There are schools around Taohuaping campus, and the science and education new village is closer to the urban area.

Create an analysis chart as follows

Second, the problems in community planning

(1) According to the communities we investigated, every community lacks living facilities, and the elderly also need entertainment places. The lack of indoor entertainment and fitness facilities makes it impossible for the elderly to get better exercise.

(2) There are insufficient anti-skid facilities on the pavement, so more anti-skid roads should be laid next to the infrastructure so that the elderly don't have to worry about wrestling when they go out in rainy days.

(3) Judging from the community we investigated, the houses in the Science and Education Village are relatively old. Because it has been built for a long time, the orientation of the house is not very good, and the sunrise is poor. The surrounding buildings are too high to block the sun, which is harmful to the health of the elderly.

(4) In terms of hygiene, after the new building, the number of garbage bins has decreased. We think it is necessary to increase the number of garbage bins, which will make it easier for the elderly to throw garbage without going too far, because the elderly are weak and slow to move.

(5) In terms of greening, all communities should increase the planting of various flowers and plants to make greening more obvious. Color matching needs to make people look comfortable, and more greening can make the elderly feel the richness of life.

Third, the needs of the elderly.

(1) Some old people need more infrastructure, which needs to be improved to better enrich their old age.

(2) Some old people need more greening, so that they can breathe fresh air and be healthier physically and mentally.

(3) Some elderly people need more routes in the community, so that cars and people can take different routes, which can make their travel safer and more convenient.

(4) Some old people need to have their own activities in the community, so that they can make friends with each other and have activities in the evening, which will make the life of the day more colorful.

There are more and more elderly people now. We need to strengthen care for the elderly, give them more preferential policies, give them a better living environment, care for the elderly, and improve from the community where they live. We should think more about the elderly, create better living and living conditions for the elderly, and try our best to let the elderly get better physical exercise and enjoy their old age in community infrastructure planning.

Investigation report on health status of the elderly. The elderly have a strong demand for health food.

With the continuous improvement of living standards, "spending money on health" seems to have become the concept that the elderly believe in. Health care products are praised by the elderly as "a good medicine for health care and disease elimination", attracting countless elderly people to seek "life-saving drugs". Among the 30 elderly people surveyed, 18 have bought health care products, accounting for 60% of the total number, of which 12 are still buying or eating, accounting for 40% of the total number; Eight people made it clear that they would not buy health care products, and four people held a wait-and-see attitude. Among the 18 people who bought health care products, 60% of the elderly were dissatisfied with the efficacy of the health care products they were currently eating, 30% were neutral, and 10% of the elderly thought the treatment effect was obvious. Of the 18 people who bought the guaranteed products, 8 spent more than 1 10,000 yuan, 6 spent more than 1000 yuan, and 4 spent more than 1000 yuan to less than1000 yuan. Among the 30 people surveyed, 90% of the elderly think that the management of health care products market is chaotic and needs to be standardized and rectified urgently to ensure the healthy operation of health care products consumption market.

The market of health care products is chaotic, with strong negative effects. Why are old people still enthusiastic about it? The main reasons are:

First, most elderly people are convinced of the advertisements for health products. Health care products manufacturers and promoters will conduct comprehensive and extensive publicity through radio, television, internet, newspapers, rented venues, street billboards, downtown advertisements, etc., and attract consumers through celebrity effects, expert lectures, preferential promotions and family services. In this "indiscriminate bombing" advertising atmosphere, the mentality of some elderly people has changed from distrust to doubt, and then from doubt to conviction. Among the 30 elderly people surveyed, more than 80% often watch the health care lecture hall of local satellite TV nutrition experts, and 90% know the health care lecture hall of a channel of Heilongjiang Radio Station. More than 60% of the elderly said that they would continue to listen to nutrition and health care programs and continue to buy health care products according to expert advice, but only 10% of the elderly thought health care products were effective.

Second, the old people's obsession with health care products stems from meeting their multiple psychological needs. First, the desire for medical care and treatment. Most elderly people have worked hard for most of their lives, and after entering old age, they suffer from various chronic diseases. When the drug treatment effect is not obvious, they will choose to buy health care products as an auxiliary treatment to relieve psychological stress. The second is conformity and comparison psychology. Generally, the elderly are not particularly strong in distinguishing new things, and they are more likely to accept other people's psychological hints and be disturbed by the behavior of their peers around them, resulting in blind conformity and comparison psychology. If everyone buys it, I have to buy it, too I can't buy less than you, so most of the health care products I bought are difficult to achieve the effect advertised by the manufacturers. The third is to solve the inner loneliness. In many families, the relationship between the elderly and their children is independent. Because their children are in the climbing stage of their careers, they have a heavy burden of life and heavy work responsibilities, and it is inconvenient to talk to their children. They often listen to health programs, attend health care seminars or go to health care stores to experience their loneliness or seek warmth. After further brainwashing by manufacturers, they will unconsciously buy some health care products.

Second, the chaos in the health care products market endangers the physical and mental health of the elderly

China's 1997 "Management Measures for Health Foods" clearly stipulates that health foods refer to foods with specific health care functions, that is, foods that are suitable for specific people to eat, have the function of regulating the body, and are not for the purpose of treatment. However, most merchants have to exaggerate the edible effect of health care products and raise the sales price without authorization, which not only seriously disrupts the normal market order, but also makes the elderly pay a high price, delays their illness and damages their physical and mental health.

(A) the health care products market is chaotic, and it is not uncommon for elderly consumers to be deceived. According to the respondents, in recent years, health care product salesmen often come to Heihe and rent temporary venues in the city center to engage in promotional activities. They will win the trust of the elderly through advertisements, on-site promotion, free clinics for famous doctors, drug donations, etc., and induce the elderly to buy their expensive health care products and obtain high profits. Among the respondents, 10 people have bought this kind of health care products, among which 6 people have bought health care products of more than 1,000 yuan, and 4 people have bought health care products of 10,000 yuan at a time. Due to the mountain of health care products, they had to use tricycles and other tools to transport them home. Among the 10 people surveyed, only 1 people think that the purchased health care products are effective, 5 people stop using them because of physical discomfort, 4 people think that they have no effect at all, and only 10% people think that they are effective. Before, most of them bought other health care products promoted by radio, television and internet. Although the response was mediocre, they still tried and tested.

(2) Health products are expensive, which hollows out some old people's pensions. The overall price of health care products is expensive, ranging from a few hundred yuan to thousands, and in some cases tens of thousands or even tens of thousands, far exceeding its due value. One of the interviewees is a retired environmental worker with a monthly income of less than 20xx yuan. On weekdays, he scrimps and saves money and doesn't want to waste a penny. However, he has never been stingy with the purchase of health care products, and almost spent all his savings. He has bought nearly ten thousand yuan of health products three times. After taking it for a period of time, the treatment effect was not obvious, and he felt cheated. He has some doubts about the efficacy of health care products, but he is still eager to meet health care products that really work. Another old man who was investigated introduced that in order to achieve the therapeutic effect of health care products, the manufacturer would recommend him a set of health care equipment with auxiliary treatment function during taking health care products. Plus treatment, this equipment cost nearly 30 thousand, and it has been used for nearly two months, and it has no effect.

(3) Blind trust in health food will easily delay illness and affect family harmony. Most elderly people have certain cognitive barriers to the health care products market and habitually equate health care products with medicines. Manufacturers take advantage of the blind spot that the elderly believe that health care products can cure diseases, deliberately exaggerate the publicity effect and deceive the elderly into the misunderstanding of consumption. Among the interviewees, more than 80% of the elderly only believe in the propaganda content of the merchants, and they don't know that the real health food has the logo (the pattern of the police mobile force), the approval number and the eating method. Individual elderly people who blindly take inappropriate health care products for a long time will often aggravate their illness and delay the best treatment time. 30% of the elderly reported that they obviously felt unwell after taking a brand of health care products. The old diseases were not cured, and new diseases were added, which made them miserable. Some old people didn't tell their children because they were afraid of being blocked when they bought it, and the effect was poor after taking it. In order to avoid family conflicts, most of them will remain silent.

Third, the health care products market needs to be standardized.

(a) functional departments should strengthen law enforcement supervision. Consumers Association should strengthen the supervision and inspection of advertisements for health care products within its jurisdiction, strengthen the supervision of manufacturers who temporarily rent public places to hold expert lectures, distribute leaflets on the streets and post small advertisements everywhere, and severely investigate and deal with businesses that are false and exaggerate the efficacy of health care products in accordance with relevant laws and regulations to avoid future troubles; Food and drug supervision and management departments should organize and coordinate relevant departments to intensify the safety supervision and inspection of health care products, severely investigate and deal with illegal activities such as manufacturing and selling fake and shoddy health care products, and expose them with the help of radio, television, newspapers and other media, publish the list of fake health care products, and improve consumers' vigilance; Timely accept complaints from elderly consumers, help elderly consumers improve their awareness and recognition of health care products, and prevent being deceived.

(two) to crack down on the use of radio, television, Internet and other media of false propaganda. Strictly review the advertising content of health care products for the elderly, especially the illegal propaganda that uses the images of doctors, experts and patients to explain the curative effect. False propaganda that exaggerates the propaganda effect and misleads public consumption should be immediately ordered to stop broadcasting or blocked, and the relevant responsible persons should be investigated for legal responsibility.

(3) Improve the recognition ability of the elderly and learn to protect themselves. When guiding the elderly to buy health care products, they should read the labels and instructions of health care products, recognize the health care functions of products, and "prescribe the right medicine" according to their physical conditions; Be sure to buy health care products from regular, licensed and reputable businesses, and pay attention to whether there is an approval number and production date on the outer packaging of health care products; Usually, we should learn more health knowledge, participate in activities organized by regular hospitals, and carefully participate in health lectures organized by health care products manufacturers.

(d) Creating a comfortable living environment for the elderly. The elderly need the understanding of their families and the care of society. As children, we should pay more attention to the emotional needs of the elderly and take time out to visit them often or call them to greet them. Community is the grass-roots organization closest to the life of the elderly. We should actively coordinate the government to provide leisure and entertainment places for the elderly, hold health knowledge lectures, guide the elderly to choose the right healthy consumption, and make their lives happier.

(5) New measures for the management of health care products should be introduced as soon as possible. China's1June, 1997 promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Health Care Products and Food, which has been used up to now, and it has been difficult to meet the needs of the development of the complex and changeable health care products consumer market. The state should introduce new management measures for health care products as soon as possible, establish and improve management rules, clarify the division of labor, implement responsibilities, improve the law enforcement ability of functional departments, crack down on illegal activities more effectively, protect people's personal and property safety and maintain social stability and harmony.
