The characters and stories in the play seem to happen right beside me, so similar and so real. "Simple and happy is better than dancing" is the theme of TV series, and my experience in dancing for many years is: jumping out of vitality and dancing healthily.

I don't know if you have noticed that open-air square dance has become a fashion in the lives of people in the oilfield. On the cultural and sports square adjacent to Keyuan, colorful night lights are flashing, and group dance, ballroom dance and ballroom dance have become the unique "super variety" in the oilfield. In the evening, people flock to the outdoor dance floor, and its strong visual effect shows the healthy mental outlook of oil city people.

With more and more people dancing, the level of amateur dancers is constantly improving, and many amateur ballroom dancers begin to learn ballroom dancing. National standard dance, also known as sports dance, is a noble and elegant sport that integrates dance, sports and art. It can not only adapt to the busy life of modern people, stretch its limbs and keep fit, but also has good social functions and is a kind of beautiful enjoyment.

The earliest idea of learning ballroom dancing was in 1998. At that time, the bureau built a sports square, where hundreds of people danced every day. I was interested in ballroom dancing when I was young. The wife said: no chess or cards, stay at home and watch TV every day. Besides, how can you watch TV? It's just a friend of the sofa, sleeping for a hundred years. It's better to go to the square dance, which not only pleases the body and mind, but also exercises the bones and muscles. With my wife's repeated encouragement, I became one of the first students in the company's ballroom dancing training class and participated in the performance of the large ballroom dancing square in the bureau.

In the following days, my partner and I became frequent visitors to the cultural and sports square. As long as the music is in rhythm, whether it is three steps, four steps or sailors, we will not fail. If you want to indulge in dancing, maybe you can start from that time! At that time, I was only content to entertain myself, accompanied by wonderful music, stepping on cheerful drums and taking skillful steps, as if the whole person had become light and agile. Social dancing is more casual. As long as you set foot on the music beat and cooperate well, you can improvise on the court. Although it's easy to learn and jump, it's boring after dancing for a long time, and it's not as beautiful and expressive as ballroom dancing, so I decided to learn ballroom dancing. Most people imagine that the national standard dance is nothing more than waltz, tango and rumba, but it is not that simple when they really start to learn. National dances include modern dances and Latin dances, among which modern dances are divided into five types: waltz, tango, trot, foxtrot and Viennese waltz, while Latin dances are divided into rumba, cha-cha, samba, cowboy and bullfighting. The national standard dance refers to this 10 dance, and each dance is divided into primary routine, intermediate routine and advanced routine, and the difficulty is gradually increasing.

When I first started studying, I was confused by these complicated terms. I think it's too abstruse to understand, and I have no idea at all. Besides, we don't have a professional coach. What shall we do-teach ourselves. My partner and I bought a light screen with great interest, watched it over and over again, and imitated one action after another. I feel almost done, and then I go to the square to find a "master" to give directions and learn from each other. At that time, watching others dance the national standard felt particularly good-looking, but it was their turn to look good. Slowly, I began to feel a little discouraged. The wife said aside, "Nothing is easy. Look at the stars attending the Dance Forest Conference. For a dance, they can practice for more than 20 hours a day without eating or drinking. Their success is inseparable from their fighting spirit. " That's right! I don't want to practice basic skills because I'm afraid of suffering. I think I'll feel good after learning a few tricks and running around the dance floor. I always use the dance steps of the national standard to interpret the dance steps of the national standard, which leads to the situation that it seems to be dancing the national standard, but the actual style is still the national standard dance style. In fact, the movements of ballroom dancing are strictly required, and the basic dance steps must be accurate and in accordance with the designated pace of international standards. Whether it is modern dance or Latin dance, the simplest dance steps that a dancer with solid basic skills jumps out are full of aesthetic feeling and expressive force.

In the past, there were very few people who danced the national standard dance among the ordinary people in the oilfield, but now there are many, and we also have our own team-Sports Dance Association. We often go to various training points to learn routines, exchange dancing experience and make more friends. Especially in recent years, with the rise of mass cultural and sports activities, we are often invited to participate in some activities, and the president of the association never misses these opportunities. He asked the members of the association to show themselves with excellent performance. Our amateur dance team is active in cool parties, the opening ceremony of ball games, Guanghua community, Xiangyang community, company anniversary, National Day and other festivals and cultural activities.
