The number of classes in primary schools shall not exceed 45, and the number of classes in junior high schools shall not exceed 50. Schools that accept the children of migrant workers may appropriately relax the class size, but it should be within the red line of the large class size stipulated by the superior.
(four) the school should arrange eligible school-age children to enter school according to the enrollment scope and enrollment plan determined by the District Education and Sports Bureau. (4) Description of measures:
When the number of qualified applicants in the jurisdiction exceeds the approved enrollment plan, the school should enroll them in turn according to the principle of household registration, home address and "consistent residence and number of households" of school-age children. Self-purchased real estate refers to the real estate owned by school-age children themselves or guardians and actually delivered for use. The property owner is * * *, and the share of property rights is not less than 50%. The use (nature) of real estate must be housing, and non-housing such as industrial houses, commercial houses, storage rooms and garages cannot be used as school real estate. If the house has been purchased but the original real estate license has been mortgaged, provide a copy of the real estate license stamped with the official seal of the real estate department; If the house has been purchased but the real estate license has not been applied for, provide the purchase contract (with the record number of the real estate department), payment invoice and occupancy certificate (water and electricity fee); If the government demolishes and builds, it shall provide an agreement on compensation and resettlement for house expropriation sealed by the government expropriation department.
2. Children of migrant workers and businessmen attend school.
(1) Admission requirements: ① Children attending school should be at least six years old (born before August 3, 2065438), in good health and have basic learning ability. (2) According to the Provisional Regulations on Residence Permit (the State Council Order No.663 of the People's Republic of China) and the Notice on Implementing Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Basic Education for Children of Migrant Workers in Linyi City (Linzi [2013] No.2) issued by Linyi Education Bureau and other four departments, the children of migrant workers must meet the following conditions when they study in primary and secondary schools in our district: at least one parent holds a certificate issued by a specific national public security department. (3) Employment or entrepreneurship certificate: migrant workers in lanshan district, one of whose parents needs to participate in social insurance in our district for more than one year, and the payment shall be subject to the screening results of the human and social departments; To do business in lanshan district, one parent must hold the business license and tax registration certificate of our district, which shall be subject to the query results of the industrial and commercial tax department system.
(4) Rental certificate: provide the rental registration certificate filed with the real estate department (the address must be the same as the residence permit).

When the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan of the school, the school can choose qualified students by means of computer allocation, activity inspection and interview exchange, and it is strictly forbidden to take any form of subject knowledge examination. The enrollment of private schools is independently arranged by the school according to relevant policies. After the enrollment, the new enrollment information will be reported to the District Education and Sports Bureau in time.
