Hailin city CDC is located 50 meters northeast of the intersection of Qianjin Street and Hailang Road in hailin city, formerly known as Mudanjiang Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, and is a public welfare organization engaged in basic public health services. Hailin city CDC aims at "developing disease prevention and control, improving public health capacity and ensuring people's health", and mainly undertakes the following main responsibilities and tasks:

Hailin city CDC conscientiously implemented the policy of putting prevention first, facing the grassroots and facing the masses, and carried out health emergency work in a timely, scientific and standardized manner by implementing disease prevention and control strategies and measures. It successfully dealt with infectious diseases such as SARS and cholera and public health emergencies, as well as disaster relief and disease prevention work such as earthquakes, droughts and floods, and prevented and controlled the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases, endemic diseases, occupational diseases and chronic non-communicable diseases that seriously affected people's health.
