Article 4
Patriotic health work implements the principles of government organization, territorial management, unit responsibility, national participation, scientific governance and social supervision.

The city implements patriotic health compulsory labor, weekend health day, patriotic health month, health responsibility area and health unit inspection and appraisal system.
Article 6
It is the duty of people's governments at all levels to organize patriotic health work. Article 7
The people's governments at all levels in patriotic health campaign committee (hereinafter referred to as Aiweihui) and its agencies shall manage and coordinate the patriotic health work within their respective administrative areas.
City and county (autonomous county, city) Aiweihui office is the office of Aiweihui at the same level, responsible for the daily management of patriotic health within their respective administrative areas, and impose administrative penalties in accordance with the provisions of these regulations. Article 9

Patriotic health work implements the target management responsibility system.
Article 12

Article 17

The engineering contractor must eliminate the breeding environment conditions of rats, flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches on the construction site and carry out pest control activities.
Article 18
Units or individuals that apply for the establishment of professional organizations for the prevention and control of rats, flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches with paid services shall, after being registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce, go to the Aiweihui office in the district/county (autonomous county, city) where they are located for the record with the business license.
Article 19
Industry and commerce, drug supervision and management, health, agriculture, public security and other relevant departments shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, manage rodenticides and drugs and devices for killing vectors according to law.
Units and individuals are prohibited from producing, selling and using highly toxic acute rodenticide.
Article 20
Ivy at all levels should carry out the propaganda that smoking is harmful to health and encourage the establishment of smoke-free units.
Smoking is prohibited in the following public places:
(1) Waiting area, diagnosis and treatment area and ward area of medical institutions;
(2) Nurseries, kindergartens and children's palaces;

Patriotic health work implements a health supervision system that combines special supervision with social supervision.
Article 23
Aiweihui at all levels may, according to the needs of the work, appoint patriotic health supervisors to undertake the guidance and supervision of patriotic health.
Patriotic health supervisors should take the initiative to show their certificates when implementing guidance and supervision.
Article 24
Units and individuals have the right to stop and report violations of these regulations. Reports of units and individuals, the city and county (autonomous county, city) Aiweihui office shall promptly accept.
Article 25
Aiweihui at all levels shall, through supervision, inspection and appraisal activities, urge all regions and units to carry out patriotic health work.
Article 26
People's governments at all levels or Ivy Association will award honorary titles to units or individuals who have made remarkable achievements in patriotic health work, or give other forms of recognition and reward.
Units or individuals that have won the honorary title of patriotic health do not meet the conditions for the honorary title of patriotic health, and the honorary title shall be cancelled by the organ that awarded the title.
Article 27
Units that do not meet the patriotic hygiene standards shall not be rated as civilized units.
Article 28

If a party refuses to accept the decision on administrative punishment, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law. If a party fails to apply for reconsideration, bring an administrative lawsuit or perform the punishment decision within the time limit, the organ that made the punishment decision shall apply to the people's court for compulsory execution.
Article 36
Aiweihui office and its staff who abuse their powers, engage in malpractices for selfish ends or neglect their duties in patriotic health work shall be given administrative sanctions by administrative supervision organs.
