Self-study exam exemption procedure:
(1) Candidates log in to the system, submit an application for exemption from examination through the exemption function in the examination registration and exemption management module, and then submit the admission ticket, ID card, graduation certificate, original and photocopy of the complete report form to the county (district) examination office. If the report form must be copied from the original graduation school, the academic affairs office of the original graduation school shall sign the opinions on the copy and affix the official seal.
(2) The county (district) Kaoban shall summarize the candidates' materials, print the certificate of exemption procedures and submit it to the candidates, and then report the candidates' materials to the municipal Kaoban in a unified way.
(3) After verifying the candidates' materials, the Municipal Examination Office shall sign the opinions on the photocopy and affix the official seal. The original is submitted to the county (district) examination office and returned to the candidates, and the "Examination Exemption Audit Form" is printed and submitted to the provincial examination office together with a copy of the materials.
(4) After being audited by the provincial examination office, candidates can query the examination results through the system.
(5) If there is a curriculum substitution relationship between the exemption course and the original grade course, candidates do not need to apply for exemption.
