The prevention and control of occupational diseases adhere to the principle of "prevention first, combining prevention with treatment", implement classified management and comprehensive treatment, create working environment and conditions that meet the national occupational health standards and health requirements for employees according to law, ensure employees to obtain corresponding occupational health protection, and pay social insurance for employees according to law. Actively promote and apply new technologies, new processes and new materials that are beneficial to occupational disease prevention and protection of workers' health, restrict the use or elimination of technologies, processes and materials that are seriously harmful to occupational diseases, designate special personnel to be responsible for occupational health and labor protection supervision at various occupational hazards, strengthen publicity and education on occupational disease prevention and control of employees, popularize knowledge on occupational disease prevention and control, and improve employees' awareness of self-health protection. Reward departments, workshops and personnel who have made outstanding achievements in the prevention and control of occupational diseases.

Strengthen the protection and management of employees in the process of labor. Set up the mine office as the occupational health management institution of our mine, equipped with full-time occupational health professionals, responsible for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the whole mine; Establish and improve the occupational health management system and operating procedures; Establish and improve occupational health files and workers' health monitoring files; Establish and improve the monitoring and evaluation system of occupational hazards in the workplace; Establish and improve the emergency rescue plan for occupational hazards.

Equip employees with effective occupational disease protection facilities and provide occupational disease protection articles that meet the requirements of occupational disease prevention and control. Bulletin boards shall be set up at conspicuous positions in the construction sites of various projects under construction to announce rules and regulations, operating procedures, emergency rescue measures for occupational hazards and occupational hazards in the workplace. Warning signs should be set up in toxic and harmful workplaces where acute occupational injuries may occur, and first-aid supplies, washing equipment and emergency evacuation passages should be equipped at the construction site.

After treatment, the occupational hazard factors can meet the national occupational health standards and health requirements before re-operation.

For the materials used in the construction, provide the construction personnel with relevant information such as harmful factors, possible harmful consequences, precautions for safe use, occupational disease protection and emergency treatment measures. When concluding a labor contract with employees, truthfully inform employees of possible occupational hazards and their consequences, occupational disease prevention measures and treatment, and specify them in the labor contract, and shall not conceal or cheat.

In accordance with the principle of "three-level education", employees shall receive occupational health training before taking up their posts and regular occupational health training during their posts, popularize occupational health knowledge, urge employees to abide by the laws, regulations, rules and operating procedures of occupational disease prevention and control, and guide employees to correctly use occupational disease protection equipment and personal occupational disease protection articles. For workers who are exposed to occupational hazards, mines shall organize occupational health examinations before, during and after their posts in accordance with relevant regulations, and truthfully inform the workers of the examination results.

The employing unit shall establish and improve the responsibility system for occupational disease prevention and control, strengthen the management of occupational disease prevention and control, improve the level of occupational disease prevention and control, and take responsibility for the occupational disease hazards generated by the unit. Occupational disease patients whose employer does not exist or whose labor relationship cannot be confirmed may apply to the local people's government for medical assistance and life assistance. 1. Establish or designate an occupational health management institution or organization, with full-time or part-time occupational health professionals to be responsible for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the unit;

2. Formulate occupational disease prevention and control plans and implementation plans;

5. Establish and improve the monitoring and evaluation system of occupational hazards in the workplace;

6. Establish and improve the emergency rescue plan for occupational hazard accidents.

7. The employing unit must adopt effective occupational disease protection facilities and provide workers with occupational disease protection articles for personal use. Occupational disease protection articles provided by the employer for individual workers must meet the requirements of occupational disease prevention and control; Do not meet the requirements, shall not be used.

8. The employing unit shall give priority to the adoption of new technologies, new processes and new materials that are beneficial to the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and the protection of workers' health, and gradually replace those that are seriously harmful to occupational diseases.

9. The employing unit that produces occupational hazards shall set up a bulletin board in a prominent position to announce the rules and regulations, operating procedures, emergency rescue measures for occupational hazards and the detection results of occupational hazards in the workplace.

For jobs that cause serious occupational hazards, warning signs and Chinese warning instructions shall be set up in eye-catching positions. Warning instructions shall specify the types, consequences, prevention and emergency treatment measures of occupational hazards.

Legal basis:

Article 20 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the employing unit shall take the following measures for the prevention and control of occupational diseases:

(a) to set up or designate an occupational health management institution or organization, with full-time or part-time occupational health management personnel to be responsible for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the unit;
