4. Qualification examination

Applicants are required to fill in the Application Form for Employment of Business Managers in the 2020 Examination of Qianxinan Radio and Television Station (see Annex 2). The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview. According to the 100-point system, the written test score accounts for 40% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 60% of the total score. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are rounded to two decimal places. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of people in the recruitment plan is less than 2: 1, the recruitment plan for this position shall be cancelled or reduced.

(1) After the written test is finished, the interviewer will be determined according to the number of positions to be tested in 1∶2 and the proportion of written test scores from high to low. If the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of people interviewed for this position does not reach 2: 1, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual effective written test scores. If the written test scores of interviewers in the same position are tied, they will also participate in the interview.
(2) The interview is conducted by audition, which mainly tests the candidates' professional level of Putonghua, image temperament, actual broadcasting and hosting ability and adaptability to the applied position, with a full score of 100. The interview scores of applicants did not reach the minimum score (60 points) or above, so the number of people in this exam plan was cancelled.

(5) Candidates must hold their valid original "Resident Identity Card" and "Interview Admission Ticket" at the same time, pass the Guizhou health code scan and have normal temperature measurement before entering the examination room to take the exam.
(3) the calculation method of grade
Total score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%. If the ratio does not reach 2: 1, the total score needs to reach 60 or more to enter the next stage.

(4) Physical examination
According to the total score of the applicants from high to low, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1 1; If the total scores of applicants are tied, candidates with high interview scores will enter the physical examination. If the medical examiner fails to pass the medical examination or fails to participate in the medical examination, the medical examination shall be made up according to the total score of the candidates in this position from high to low.
The physical examination (re-examination) is organized and implemented by the examination and employment leading group of Southwest Guizhou Radio and Television Station, and is carried out in the designated comprehensive public hospital at or above the county level. Physical examination (re-examination) should be conducted under the guidance and supervision of two members of the leading group for examination and employment.
The physical examination standard is strictly in accordance with the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.2016140 issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). During the inspection, it is found that other situations that are not allowed to transfer jobs that do not meet the application conditions and the provisions of laws and regulations are deemed unqualified and the qualification for transfer is cancelled. And according to the total score of the position from high to low, it is listed as the object of physical examination and political examination.
(6) Publicity and approval
According to the investigation and work requirements, in accordance with the cadre management authority, through the collective research of the Party Committee of Southwest Guizhou Radio and Television Station, the examination leading group decided to transfer personnel.
