Health certificates are generally handled in the centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) in each district, and they are used in any district, which is common in the city handled by the municipal CDC. Hanyang CDC is on Hanyang Avenue (between Qilimiao and Tieqiao Village).
Take the bus (from Zhongjiacun to Wangjiawan) and get off at Qilimiao, next to the station.
