Civilized city is the highest honor to evaluate the degree of urban civilization, and it is also a golden signboard reflecting the overall level of urban civilization. 2020 is a decisive year for our city to build a national civilized city. Taking this opportunity, the junior middle school in Houcun Town Center actively carried out the activity of "holding hands with civilization and walking in the same city" among teachers and students, giving full play to the role of students as a vital force in the work of creating a civilized city and the educational radiation role of "one student drives a family and one family influences a group", vigorously publicizing the great significance of creating a national civilized city, and letting civilization penetrate into every family. Here, I would like to send the following initiatives to parents:
First, civilization leads and practices socialist core values.
Carry forward the spirit of the city, abide by moral norms, and practice socialist core values. We advocate that you and your children can be familiar with the 24 words of socialist core values and standardize their words and deeds. I hope everyone will abide by the law, be polite, maintain public order, protect the environment, pay attention to hygiene, be honest and trustworthy, respect teachers and love children, help others and live a healthy life.
Second, small hands hold big hands, and patriotism and love for health go hand in hand.
"Holding hands with civilization" means to let our teachers, students and parents take the lead in speaking civilized words, doing civilized things and taking a civilized road, set a good example for children, let children be civilized students at school and civilized children at home, and develop good civilized hygiene habits from an early age. "Hand in hand with civilization" is also to influence every parent and society with children's civilized and hygienic behavior, thus forming a joint force and ultimately contributing to the creation of civilization and harmony.
Third, holidays are not relaxed and epidemic prevention is normalized.
With the improvement of epidemic prevention and control situation, various shopping malls and tourist attractions began to flourish. We appeal to parents not to leave the sun unless necessary, to arrange their children's summer study and life scientifically and reasonably, to cooperate with the community and schools to carry out various health monitoring, to reduce going out, and to insist on not having meals, parties and gatherings.
Fourth, establish a good family style and cultivate harmonious and elegant teenagers.
Family education is the first lesson in life, and parents are the children's first teachers. Teenagers are prosperous when they are successful, but they are strong when they are successful. As parents, the best gift for children is a "good family style" to cultivate children into good teenagers in the new era. This gift is the most precious, rare and meaningful.
During the summer vacation, we put forward: inherit a good family style, arrange summer vacation life scientifically and reasonably at the same time, do not indulge in the internet, achieve green and civilized internet access, and advocate green travel and low-carbon life. I hope every child can thrive in the sun and strive to be a good teenager in the new era.
5. Civilization depends on details, and creation starts with me.
Urban civilization is inseparable from and depends on individual civilization.
