Yecheng site is the capital site of Cao Wei, Hou Zhao, Wei Ran, Yan Qian, Eastern Wei and Northern Qi. The website includes two cities, north and south. The North City was built in the Spring and Autumn Period, with a rectangular plane. There are seven gates on all sides of the city wall, and an east-west avenue divides the city into north and south parts. There are Miyagi ruins, government offices, residential areas and other places of interest in the city, such as Tongque, Hujin and Bingjing. Bricks, tiles and other building components were unearthed. Cheng Nan was built in the Eastern Wei Dynasty, with a rectangular plane and 14 gates on all sides. Except for the bricks and tiles of the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi Dynasties found around the city site, the remaining remains have disappeared.

Jianye is an ancient name in Nanjing. In 3 13, it was changed to Jiankang to avoid the Jin emperor Sima Ye.
