Yunzhongjiao healthy

This "spleen-strengthening exercise" enhances the function of the spleen and stomach. On the one hand, it helps digestion and blood stasis, on the other hand, it strengthens the absorption of nutrients by the spleen and stomach, so that food can be better transformed into qi and blood energy.

"Jianpi Cao" consists of three major movements: rubbing the abdomen, pushing the spleen meridian and pounding Zusanli. It is done for about 30 minutes every day.

Rubbing abdomen

* * * There are six movements, mainly around the acupoints on Ren meridian.

Acupoint acupuncture: firstly, massage Zhongwan, Xiawan, Shu Tian, Qihai and Guanyuan with your fingers, and then massage Zhongwan, Shenque, Qihai and Guanyuan with your palms or soles.

Knead the whole abdomen: with the navel as the center, knead the whole abdomen clockwise and counterclockwise from the left lower abdomen with your palm.

Rubbing the lower abdomen: the palms overlap, starting from the left and centering on Guanyuan, and rubbing the lower abdomen clockwise and counterclockwise respectively.

Push ren meridian: the palms overlap, with thenar or full palm, gently push and knead from the lower part of sternal xiphoid process along ren meridian to Zhongji point, with abdominal temperature as the degree.

Double rubbing less abdomen: put your hands and palms under the ribs and push them obliquely to the groin at the same time, with local heat penetration as the degree.

Pressing: the palms overlap, and the Laogong points inside and outside the palms are opposite. Neilaogong point faces Shenque point or Guanyuan point, and gently presses it, gently and rhythmically.

When doing this, you can lie flat or stand vertically naturally.

These six movements can be done in turn or alternately, and the whole abdomen is warm and thorough, every day15 for 20 minutes.

Doing so can nourish vitality, regulate and enhance the function of viscera, especially improve the function of spleen and stomach in middle energizer, enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis, promote digestion and absorption, and regulate defecation.

Push spleen meridian

① Push spleen meridian. Draw a line from the Bai Yin point of the big toe to Yinling Spring, which is called "Jianpi Line". Between 9 1 1 point, sit upright, put your feet on the other leg and push along this line. In this process, where you feel the most pain, press and tap more.

② Knock on two groins. There are spleen meridians and stomach meridians here at the same time. Flapping can smooth the blood circulation of spleen meridian, strengthen spleen and nourish stomach.

When the spleen meridian is pushed smoothly, the qi and blood of the spleen meridian will run smoothly, and the wet and turbid garbage accumulated in the body will be discharged more smoothly, which will help improve the function of the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer.

Zusanli maintenance

Zusanli is the Xiaguan point of Zuyangming's stomach meridian and the confluence point of five Shu points. It is a powerful point for nourishing the spleen and stomach and is good at managing improper diet and stomach qi.

Massage: Press Zusanli point 1 time with thumb or middle finger every day, 5- 10 minutes each time, 5-20 times per minute.

When you are full and have indigestion, slapping can promote the transportation of the spleen and stomach, and you will feel much more comfortable after farting and exhausting.

Eat less and exercise more, let the spleen and stomach work normally, and slowly return to a regular life! When the weather is fine, it is also a very good choice to go out for a brisk walk for 30 minutes.
