Pay attention to cancer patients, where will cancer cells metastasize? Are the symptoms the same?

Some symptoms of cancer patients are the same.

Cough bleeding No matter what disease, if there is hemoptysis, it may not be a minor illness. Many people with pneumonia or lung cancer will have severe cough symptoms and even hemoptysis.

Weight loss in a short time and soon after cancer, many patients' physical fitness will drop rapidly because cancer cells compete with normal cells for nutrition, and their weight will also drop. If this problem occurs, then we should be careful of some digestive diseases and digestive cancers, such as colon cancer, rectal cancer, laryngeal cancer and so on.

Hematuria Some cancers we can obviously feel the changes of the body, and some cancers may not feel pain, but if there is abnormal excretion system, such as hematuria or bloody stool, these are dangerous symptoms, especially hematuria, and kidney cancer may be threatening our body.

Breast abnormalities When women reach a certain age, the probability of getting breast cancer will actually be higher. If there are still nipple depressions or breast lumps and pains, then be careful of breast cancer. Breast cancer patients may also have erosion around their breasts. At this time, it is necessary to seek the help of a doctor in time.

The body is your own. If your body is abnormal, it means that your body is warning yourself. Timely examination can better avoid the aggravation of cancer. For cancer, we should improve the methods of prevention.

The mood of cancer patients is very negative. The depression of cancer patients is completely understandable, because in people's traditional thinking, cancer is equivalent to an incurable disease, and psychology will inevitably be affected. Some patients' mood fluctuated greatly before treatment, but remained unchanged after treatment. Being in this negative mood for a long time is not conducive to the recovery of patients' physical health, leading to more serious diseases of patients.

Cancer cells are different from cancer cells in normal cells and have strong infiltration and invasion ability. Generally speaking, because cancer cells can proliferate indefinitely, they will continue to divide and copy themselves as long as there is space. If it meets the basal layer of other organs or blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, cancer cells can secrete an enzyme containing matrix metalloproteinases (MMP), which can degrade protein in the basal layer and make it continue to crawl and infiltrate.

Cancer cells themselves fall off easily. Normal cells are closely attached to each other because of the existence of glycoprotein on the cell surface, but the expression of glycoprotein on the cancer cell surface is missing, so cancer cells are very easy to fall off and "drill" everywhere.

Cancer cells contain special substances that can promote thrombosis, so that cancer cells attach to blood vessel walls or other parts and continue to grow after entering blood vessels. It is very important that the immune system fails to detect cancer cells and there is no way to identify and eliminate cancer cells, so cancer cells can swim and survive in the blood and lymph. There is a theory that cancer cells have metastasized at the beginning of tumor formation, but because the number of metastatic cells is small, they cannot attach to form a "climate". However, with the development of primary tumor, more and more cancer cells spread far away, and there will always be metastatic cancer taking root and sprouting.

Lymphatic metastasis There are many lymphatic vessels and lymphoid tissues in our body. Lymphoid tissue belongs to the immune system, which could have eliminated the tumor. However, tumor cells escape the attack of immune cells through various channels, and even let immune cells act as accomplices of cancer to help it metastasize. Cancer cells can metastasize to nearby lymph nodes or even distant lymph nodes through lymphatic vessels. For example, breast cancer can metastasize to axillary lymph nodes, subclavian lymph nodes and even supraclavicular lymph nodes.

When blood-borne cancer cells grow to a certain extent, they will fall off and enter the blood vessels around the cancer, and enter the tissues and organs of the whole body with the blood flow. Therefore, organs with rich blood supply are easy to be transferred. Such as liver metastasis, lung metastasis, brain metastasis and bone metastasis.

After the implanted metastatic cancer cells continue to develop, they can fall off and drift to other parts of the body like dandelions. For example, in gastric cancer, cancer cells can be planted in any part of abdominal cavity, such as omentum, peritoneum, mesenteric surface, small intestine surface, ovary and so on.

These anti-cancer methods are the most practical. Don't eat moldy food, eat less processed food, form regular living habits, exercise consciously, and maintain good living habits and eating habits for a long time, so that our bodies can be healthier and cancer will not find us.
