I don't quite agree with this practice. As a people's teacher, it is true that you should love your job and devote yourself wholeheartedly to the cause of teaching and educating people, but teachers are also ordinary people, so they will get sick and need rest.

Admittedly, sometimes, students are in a critical period. They need courses and their study tasks are very tight. They need to be teachers of a certain subject and stick to their jobs all the time. They are not allowed to leave or ask for leave unless absolutely necessary. But in my opinion, the teacher's illness is more important than teaching, and the teacher's health is the most important thing. Their severe work pressure and high-intensity work tasks lead to their infirmity, and timely treatment is the most important. Teachers who attend classes in spite of illness often get the attention of social media, become people's advertised figures and are praised by leaders, so many people have a ruler in their hearts. A teacher who attends class in spite of illness is a sign of noble morality, high professional ethics and high professional quality.

When people form * * * knowledge in their minds, it is common for teachers to attend classes in spite of illness, and even some school leaders will praise those teachers and inspire other teachers to learn this spiritual character. There is no denying that many teachers do have noble qualities. They have students in their hearts, and they devote themselves wholeheartedly to and serve the students. They do not hesitate to pay their youth and burn themselves like candles. However, have they ever thought that what students want is teachers to cure their diseases, give them healthy classes and give them classes with passion instead of classes? On the other hand, when a teacher comes to class with illness, it will first affect the students' state, distract their attention and distract them. At the same time, the teacher's state will definitely be worse than before, and the efficiency of class will be greatly reduced, with twice the result with half the effort.

At the same time, I think schools should strengthen humanistic care, be considerate of teachers' work, respect teachers' achievements, pay attention to teachers' physical condition, stop advocating teachers to attend classes with illness, let students understand teachers' difficulties and their efforts, and encourage students to study hard and repay teachers.
