Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 2 potatoes, carrots 1, Chinese cabbage 1, brisket 1 kg, half a sausage (square legs are also acceptable), 2 onions, 80g butter (which can also be replaced by common edible oil) and 350g tomato sauce.
Exercise:
1. Cook the whole beef in water. First big fire, then small fire, about an hour or so. Then take out the beef and slice it to make soup.
2. Pour the oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the sliced onions. When it's fragrant, take it out and put it in beef soup. (If possible, don't put oil in it, just fry it. It is said that the dish Red House costs 1 hour for raw and fried onions. )
3. Cut the potatoes and cabbage, and stir fry in the oil pan. After frying, take it out and put it in beef soup.
4. Pour the tomato sauce into the oil pan, and stir fry quickly until the oil and sauce are mixed. Add appropriate amount of sugar and flour and water to make noodle soup, stir-fry for a while, and add it to beef soup.
5. After the soup is boiled, add salt, beef slices and simmer for about half an hour. After the soup is cooked, add a small amount of monosodium glutamate.
6. Put a few thin slices of butter on the soup. Everything's fine. It's delicious.
