Yuanhe West Reservoir is located at the junction of Liangyuan Town, Badou Town and Zhangji Township in Feidong County. The reservoir hub consists of main and auxiliary dams, upstream and downstream gates, east and west drainage culverts, emergency spillway and other major hydraulic structures.
It is an anti-regulation medium-sized water control project with comprehensive utilization of flood control, irrigation and water supply. The reservoir engineering level is Grade III, and the main building level is Grade III.
Daishan Reservoir is located in Gucheng Town, Feidong County. The reservoir project hub consists of main hydraulic structures such as main dam, auxiliary dam (multi-arch dam and earth-rock dam), normal spillway and two drainage culverts. The designed irrigation area is 56,200 mu, the flood control protection area is 45km2, and the population is10.8 million.
It is a medium-sized water control project focusing on flood control, irrigation and water supply, combined with comprehensive utilization of tourism. The project grade of the reservoir hub is Grade III, the main dam, auxiliary dam (multi-arch dam and south auxiliary dam), spillway, irrigation culvert and other major buildings are Grade III, and the secondary buildings are Grade IV.
This tender requires bidders to have:
(1) Grade II or above qualification for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects;
(2) similar projects have been completed in recent five years 1 (from 20 17, 1, subject to the completion acceptance time);
(3) The project manager has a second-class registered builder's certificate of water conservancy and hydropower engineering and a Class B safety production assessment certificate issued by the water administrative department, and has similar construction achievements; If the contractor has a bad record as a project manager, he shall not be the project manager of this project during the publicity period.
(4) Have the corresponding construction ability in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
This tender does not accept consortium bids.
Each bidder can bid for the above two blocks of this project subject to tender, but at most, it is allowed to win a bid.
This tender is subject to post-qualification examination, and the specific requirements for qualification examination are shown in the tender documents. The bidding documents of bidders who fail to pass the post-qualification examination will be rejected.
