Who shouldn't fly? What are their health requirements?

Medical research believes that the following people should not fly.

First, patients with infectious diseases. Patients with infectious hepatitis, active tuberculosis, typhoid fever and other infectious diseases are not allowed to fly during the isolation period stipulated by the state. Among them, patients with chickenpox have not recovered in the damaged area and cannot fly.

Second, mental patients. Such as epilepsy and various mental patients, because the aviation atmosphere is easy to induce acute attacks of diseases, it is not suitable for flying.

Third, patients with cardiovascular diseases. Due to mild hypoxia in the air, cardiovascular patients may relapse or aggravate their condition, especially those with cardiac insufficiency, myocardial hypoxia, myocardial infarction and severe hypertension. It is generally believed that flying is not suitable.

Fourth, patients with cerebrovascular diseases. For patients with cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage and brain tumor, flying is prohibited because of the roar, vibration and lack of oxygen during takeoff and landing.

5. Patients with respiratory diseases. Such as emphysema, pulmonary heart disease and other patients, because they do not adapt to the environment, if there is pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae and so on. During flight, gas expansion may aggravate this situation.

Six, patients who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery, generally can not fly within ten days after the operation. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding can't fly until three weeks after bleeding stops.

Seven, severe anemia patients. Those whose hemoglobin level is lower than 50g/L should not fly.

Eight, otolaryngology patients. Patients with acute exudative inflammation of the ear and nose and patients who have recently undergone middle ear surgery should not travel by air.

Nine, pregnant women are close to delivery. Due to the change of air pressure, the fetus may be premature, especially after 35 weeks of pregnancy, which is not suitable for flying.
