Below, I will make a brief report on the establishment of the provincial advanced health unit of the company.

Founded in June of 1996 and June of 10, the company is a county-owned key state-owned enterprise, mainly engaged in civil natural gas engineering design and installation, gas transmission and distribution services, CNG vehicle filling and other businesses. Total assets exceed 38 million yuan, natural gas users exceed 29,000, and annual natural gas sales exceed 9.8 million cubic meters. The company consists of office, finance department, planning department, installation department, marketing department (gas service hall) and inspection and security department, with 23 employees1person, including 60 with senior and intermediate titles and professional and technical backbone1person. In recent years, under the correct leadership of the county party committee and government, and under the specific guidance of the municipal and county love health offices, our company has conscientiously implemented the patriotic health work policy, adhered to the theme of optimizing the enterprise environment, beautifying the homeland, promoting development and serving users, and took the opportunity of creating a national health county in the county as an opportunity, aiming at upgrading health units, kept pace with the times, worked hard, and carried out extensive and in-depth activities to create advanced health units. Looking back on the work done in recent years, we have mainly done the following work in creating health work.

First, strengthen organizational leadership and unify thinking and understanding.

In recent years, in the establishment of health units, we attach great importance to the establishment of health undertakings while doing a good job in economic work. No matter what the situation, we will persist in our understanding and determination to create health undertakings and actively carry out activities to create advanced health units. In order to further strengthen the leadership of the establishment of advanced health units and promote the in-depth development of enterprise health creation activities, the company established a patriotic health movement creation leading group with the party branch secretary and manager as the team leader, the deputy manager in charge as the deputy team leader, and other team members and heads of various departments (departments) as members. Taking the establishment of advanced health units as a hard indicator into the important content of the annual target responsibility assessment of the department, always adhere to the same arrangement, implementation, inspection and assessment of the health creation work and the production and operation objectives of the enterprise. At the beginning of the year, we signed a letter of responsibility for creating goals with all departments and residents in the hospital, decomposed the goals and tasks, implemented them at different levels, emphasized the responsibility of team members, and improved the leadership mechanism and creation mechanism of advanced health units with full participation. In the work of health creation, our company always insists on raising awareness and unifying thoughts, and educates all employees to correctly understand and handle the relationship between health creation and the mutual promotion and coordinated development of enterprise production and operation, as well as how to do a good job closely following the relationship between production and operation. Combined with the establishment of our company, the goal of "consolidating achievements, improving the level and striving for provincial level" is clearly put forward. Unified thinking and correct attitude have further stimulated the enthusiasm of all employees to participate in the creation of healthy medical care.

Second, deepen study and education and lay a solid foundation for loving health.

In order to improve employees' ideological understanding and enhance their awareness of civilization and health, we insist on strengthening the education of civilization and health quality of employees in the process of creating health, so as to promote and drive them one by one. First, the education of loving students and creating students has been strengthened. In recent years, around the theme of "purifying the environment, beautifying the homeland and promoting development", the company has organized employees to seriously study the Interim Measures for Patriotic Health Management in Sichuan Province, Standards for Advanced Health Units, Regulations on Health Management in Public Places, Measures for Urban Management in Yingshan County and the spirit of the meeting on urban management and health creation of the county party committee and county government, and timely convey the development situation to the county party committee, county government and relevant departments. The second is to actively carry out a big discussion contest with the theme of "I make suggestions for urban management". Combined with the characteristics of the industry, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on prohibiting urban coal burning and promoting the use of clean fuels, and draws up specific implementation plans. At the same time, it also actively supports and cooperates with the county to carry out special rectification activities to ban coal burning in urban areas and promote the use of clean fuels. Third, employees were organized to learn the health knowledge such as the Food Hygiene Law and the Infectious Disease Prevention Law, which improved the health knowledge of all employees and their families, cultivated good health habits, advocated employees to drink less alcohol and not smoke in public places, and enhanced their self-care awareness and disease prevention ability. Fourth, make full use of "April Patriotic Health Month", wall newspapers, blackboard newspapers, columns and other ways to vigorously publicize the purpose and significance of health knowledge and health creation, cultivate all employees to form good habits of loving cleanliness and stressing hygiene, and encourage all employees to participate in health creation. Fifth, hold regular and irregular health creation meetings, study and deploy health creation work on special topics, guide all cadres and workers to learn typical examples, stress morality, and cultivate healthy atmosphere, ensure that health creation work is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and form a joint force for health creation. Through continuous efforts in recent years, all employees' health awareness, health knowledge and love for health have been continuously improved, which has effectively promoted the healthy development of patriotic health work in enterprises.

Third, strengthen the management of health creation and create a good environment.

In order to do a good job in health creation, we insist on conscious action, active participation, pay close attention to health creation management, start from ourselves, start from now, start from small things, and pay attention to the actual effect of health creation. First, strengthen the management of unit environmental greening and beautification. Throughout the year, the company invested nearly 10,000 yuan in greening construction, insisted on managing and pruning the green belt in the dormitory courtyard, transplanted, replanted, disinfected and killed insects in the courtyard community, and equipped a series of sanitary facilities such as trash cans, trash cans and spittoons to keep the community green, beautiful and bright all the year round. The second is to do a good job in environmental sanitation management in office areas, hospital communities, health responsibility areas and responsible river sections. The sanitation of the office area and the hospital has been cleaned every day, maintained at all times, and cleaned once a week. The public toilets and corridors have been washed clean, ensuring that there is no garbage, no fallen leaves, no dust, no sanitary corner, no stray livestock and poultry, no littering and no graffiti. Health responsibility areas and responsible river sections should be kept clean to ensure that roads and rivers are clean and tidy without dirt, weeds and floating objects. The third is to strengthen the health, disease prevention and treatment of employees. The company organizes all employees to have a health check-up every year and buy medical insurance to eliminate their worries. During the period of SARS, while doing a good job in production and operation, we insisted on strengthening the monitoring and prevention of the SARS epidemic, taking active measures, insisting on comprehensive disinfection of the office, equipped with hand sanitizer, and purchasing SARS preventive drugs for employees, which effectively suppressed the occurrence and spread of the disease. It eliminated the panic of employees, contributed to the construction of SARS hospitals in the county, and achieved the goal of "zero" SARS patients and suspected cases in enterprises. In July 2003, the company was awarded the advanced collective of "Anti-SARS Work" by the county party committee and government. Fourth, actively carry out activities to eliminate the "four pests". According to the arrangement and requirements of the county Aiwei Association, in the spring and autumn, the company purchased rodenticide and distributed it to all departments and households in residential areas, and put it into the office area, the residential area in the hospital, the health responsibility area and the responsible river section. At the same time, the company has also carried out many activities to kill flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches, effectively controlling the "four pests" and effectively preventing the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases. Fifth, in order to improve the company's office conditions, solve the problem of tight housing for employees, and strive to build the enterprise into a paradise for employees' work and life, we try our best to raise funds. Through unremitting efforts, the main project of the company's office building and employee fund-raising dormitory building has been fully completed. Sixthly, seven publicity boards of civilized citizens, caring for the environment and paying attention to hygiene were produced and installed, which created good working and living conditions and clean indoor and outdoor environment for employees and cultivated good hygiene behaviors.

Fourth, strengthen measures to ensure strict assessment of rewards and punishments.

In order to make the work of establishing advanced health units proceed in an orderly manner and ensure the implementation of enterprise health creation. First, bring the health creation work into the unit's "administrative management system" and "post target responsibility system" to ensure that the health creation work is regular, institutionalized and standardized. Fourth, adhere to the assessment results of sanitation and cleaning work into the important content of monthly, quarterly and annual assessment of departmental civilized construction, and carry out hard rewards and punishments at the end of the year. Due to the measures in place and hard rewards and punishments, the company's healthy creation has achieved remarkable results and has been well received by all walks of life.

Leadership: In recent years, our company has made some achievements in health creation, which is the result of strong support, cordial care and sincere help from leaders and the crystallization of our common wisdom. However, there are still some gaps in our work, such as infrastructure needs to be further improved, health creation activities have not been fully carried out, and so on. At the same time, we sincerely urge the leaders to put forward valuable opinions and solve specific problems in future work. Faced with opportunities and challenges, we will take this assessment and acceptance as an opportunity to forge ahead and strive to push China's patriotic health work to a new level.
