Play sitcom movies and organize students to talk about growing pains. In laughter, they talked about interesting things when they were children, and some anxiety that haunted them was released.
Second, use various forms of activities to overcome anxiety.
The head teacher can also use various activities to divert students' attention, cultivate students' abilities and overcome their anxiety. For example, according to students' interests, hobbies and specialties in different sports, sports interest groups are set up in the class to guide and encourage students to participate in physical exercise every day.
