Strengthening equipment operation management is an important link to ensure coal mine safety production and economic development. Combined with the actual situation of coal mine, equipment management requires post personnel to be familiar with and master coal mine safety work procedures, accident site disposal and operation procedures, and can only take up their posts after passing the examination. In the production process, we must strictly abide by and consciously implement the "two votes and three systems", focusing on strictly implementing the "working ticket, operation ticket, shift system, patrol inspection system, equipment defect management and regular maintenance, testing and rotation system". The shift supervisor is responsible for the duty management, and all the personnel on duty earnestly perform their duties under the unified command and coordination of the shift supervisor. In the process of being on duty, they earnestly implement "diligent contact, diligent adjustment, diligent analysis and diligent inspection", diagnose the performance and state of the equipment by watching, listening, touching and smelling, handle problems in time when they are found, minimize the impact of faults and accidents, and ensure the normal and safe operation of the unit. In daily work, do a good job in the analysis of safety team activities and team operation, do a good job in the "6s" work of equipment, and ensure that the surface of equipment is clean and hygienic.
Second, strengthen equipment maintenance management
It is an important link to do a good job of major and minor repairs of equipment on a regular basis and improve the health level of equipment, so as to ensure the long-term safe, economical and stable operation of equipment, improve the availability coefficient of equipment and give full play to the potential of equipment. The management of equipment maintenance requires every maintenance worker to have "four understandings", "three skills" and "three skills" (understand structure, principle, performance and use; Can use, maintain and troubleshoot; Is to be able to master the locksmith craft, can do one or two other crafts closely related to this profession, can read drawings, and can draw simple parts drawings. In the maintenance work, we must strictly abide by the three rules of coal mine, especially the "two votes and three systems", adhere to the idea of "safety first" from beginning to end, implement the policy of "prevention first, planned maintenance" and the principle of "compulsory maintenance and good maintenance", and avoid "recklessness" and "hard support".
On the premise of "quality first, safety first", combined with the actual situation of coal mine, we should do a good job in the preparatory work of tapping potential, technological upgrading and technological transformation before overhaul, strengthen the organization and management during overhaul, and strictly implement the quality standards and the three-level quality acceptance system. Gradually change the recovery of equipment performance into improving equipment performance, prolonging maintenance cycle, shortening maintenance cycle, improving maintenance quality, studying new technology hard, mastering new technology, and being familiar with the physical and chemical properties and usage methods of new materials; Reform the traditional maintenance methods and steps, make full use of network technology, and make maintenance network diagram, thus improving maintenance quality, shortening construction period, reducing consumables and manpower.
Third, strengthen the technical supervision and management of equipment.
Technical supervision is to check and test all kinds of equipment regularly or irregularly by using various scientific testing methods, to understand and master the technical status of equipment and the changing law in use, and to ensure that the equipment has a good technical status. Technical supervision mainly includes instruments, insulation, metal and other supervision. Instrument supervision is to regularly check, adjust and repair all kinds of electrical instruments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all kinds of instruments and measurement. Insulation supervision is to prevent electrical insulation from being damaged, conduct preventive tests and tests on electrical equipment, lightning protection and grounding regularly or irregularly, and supervise their operation status. Metal supervision is to supervise the performance changes of various metal parts in operation, especially the wear of belt conveyor and easy-to-wear parts.
Fourth, strengthen the management of equipment defects.
Whether the equipment defects are eliminated on site or not, the operator shall keep records. When there are major defects, the person in charge on duty shall promptly organize personnel to eliminate or take other measures to prevent accidents. If it cannot be eliminated in time, it shall be reported in time and dealt with as soon as possible. Before the defects are eliminated, measures should be taken to prevent the defects from expanding. For general defects, they can be included in the maintenance plan for processing; Form weekly maintenance plan every week and summarize all defects at the end of the month. Convene relevant departments regularly to study equipment operation status and major equipment defects, and arrange all units to eliminate defects. Check the elimination of equipment defects in time, and strictly assess the units that have not eliminated defects in time.
Five, strengthen the daily maintenance and management of equipment
Reasonable maintenance, regular maintenance, inspection and testing of equipment is an effective way to understand the operation status of the unit, find out the problems existing in management, improve the management level of equipment and ensure the healthy operation of the unit. Conduct a comprehensive and systematic inspection of the equipment of the whole plant every two hours. Clean the equipment and environmental sanitation once per shift; Conduct a comprehensive maintenance inspection on the equipment once a week. In the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to make various records and correct bad habits. At the same time, an operation analysis system is established, which analyzes various problems and phenomena reflected by instrument indication, operation records, equipment inspection and operation, finds out the causes of various problems and phenomena in time, and takes corresponding measures and countermeasures.
If the equipment is well maintained, it can reduce shutdown losses and maintenance costs, reduce costs, improve productivity and bring good economic benefits to the country, enterprises and individuals. To this end, our factory requires operators to do the following work in each shift: pre-shift inspection and correct use of equipment in the shift. Pay attention to observation, handle any abnormality in time, and clean the equipment in each shift; Ensure that the equipment is in good working condition during the shift change. Successors should check the successors of the previous class, fill in the relevant spot check records and run the succession records, and then conduct daily spot checks. If any abnormality is found in the routine inspection or the fault that was not handled in the previous shift, it shall be handled by the successor, who shall cooperate with it, and the successor can leave after handling the fault; Problems that cannot be handled shall be notified or reported to the relevant personnel by the successor, and the successor can leave only after receiving the notice or report. At ordinary times, it is necessary to strengthen the spot check of equipment inspection and equipment operation handover records, and urge all departments to finish this work seriously, so as to ensure timely detection and handling of faults. Through the implementation of maintenance work, the equipment is basically guaranteed to meet the requirements of "neatness, cleanliness, lubrication and safety".
