What are the problems of healthy aquaculture in China?

At present, there are many problems in the healthy breeding of livestock and poultry in China, such as the abuse of illegal feed additives and antibiotics, serious environmental pollution caused by breeding, and unfavorable epidemic purification and control. Among them, the pollution and residue of toxic and harmful substances is a big problem to be solved urgently, including antibiotic residue, hormone residue, carcinogen residue and so on. After these substances enter the human body, they will produce certain toxic reactions, such as carcinogenesis, hormone-like effects, increased bacterial drug resistance, allergic reactions and so on.

China ranks first in the world in meat production. In 2006, it reached 80,565,438+million tons, but the export volume only accounted for 3% ~ 4% of the total domestic output. It's not that there is no space in the international market, mainly because our products can't meet the quality standards of developed countries. The main problems are as follows:

(1) There are some outstanding problems in monitoring, diagnosis, prevention and eradication of animal diseases, such as imperfect system, simple facilities and backward technology, which can not meet the standards required by the international veterinary health organization.

(2) The problem of veterinary drug residues is driven by the lack of safety awareness and economic interests of aquaculture owners, the deterioration of aquaculture environment and the frequent occurrence of animal diseases. The abuse of veterinary drugs and feed additives is more common, which leads to the excessive use of toxic and harmful substances in veterinary drugs and animal products. In recent years, there are more and more reports that veterinary drug residues cause food poisoning and affect the export of livestock products, which has become a hot social issue of general concern. At present, the livestock products produced by traditional feeding methods have encountered unprecedented difficulties.

(3) Pesticide and heavy metal residues also seriously affect the quality of livestock products, and exported livestock products depend on plant production. Due to the continuous destruction and deterioration of the environment and ecology, the occurrence of pests and diseases of crops or plants, the extensive use of pesticides and their residues in crops and soil indirectly lead to the residues in feed consumers-animals; Backward detection methods and low quality standards of feed and additive raw materials lead to high content of some heavy metals (such as cadmium, lead and arsenic). ), resulting in excessive residue of livestock products.

(4) The feeding environment is bad, which seriously affects animal welfare and animal health. The breeding facilities are simple and inadequate, and the investment is insufficient. One-sided pursuit of product quantity and economic benefit maximization, desalination and neglect of product quality. Hardware and software can't keep up, which makes it difficult for livestock and poultry production to enter a virtuous circle.

(5) Low feed standard and unbalanced nutrition. There is no unified feeding standard in China at present. Despite the rapid development of rabbit feed industry in China, driven by raw material prices and interests, disorderly competition is fierce and the production of low-quality raw materials is unbalanced. In particular, high-quality roughage resources are scarce, and mildew and deterioration are serious. Many manufacturers produce commercial feed with low standard and poor quality. Disharmonious with healthy agriculture.

(6) The design of rabbit farm is not standardized, the ability of environmental control is low, the variety is not standardized, the feed is incomplete, and the scientific and technological content of management is low, which leads to serious diseases. Diarrhea and respiratory diseases, in particular, are two main persistent diseases in production.
