According to Baigou City Master Plan (2009-2030), People's Republic of China (PRC) Energy Conservation Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law and national industrial policy, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Medium-and Long-term Special Plan for Saving Large Area Energy on June 25th, 2004.
Realizing urban central heating can improve energy utilization rate, reduce air pollution, facilitate scientific management and improve heating quality. Central heating project is the infrastructure project of urban construction and an important symbol of urban modernization.
In order to improve the present situation of small boilers, small chimneys everywhere, heavy pollution and poor environmental quality in Baigou, Baigou Jizhong Thermal Power Co., Ltd. combined with the local actual situation in Baigou and absorbed domestic advanced experience, built Baigou central heating project.
Three. Project overview:
1. Project site selection and land occupation: The project is located on the east side of the First Ring Road in Baigou Town and on the north side of Tuanjie Road, covering an area of 1.5 million square meters.
The third phase of the project is proceeding in an orderly way.
3. Construction content of this project: The heat source is the newly-built boiler room, and the heating network project includes the hot water pipe network and heating station from the boiler room outlet to the user heating station.
