Professor Li Zejian/Kloc-0 was born in Hepu, Guangdong Province in 1934, admitted to the Medical Department of Tongji Medical College in Zhongnan, Hankou in 1953, and was selected by the Ministry of Higher Education in 1996/Kloc-0. He graduated from the Second National Medical College of Moscow led by Bakiyev, President of the Soviet Academy of Medical Sciences, and was assigned to Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
