Annual work summary of outpatient nurses 1
Leaders and colleagues:
Hello everyone!
First of all, thank you for listening to my report with earnest heart. I hope you will have a good mood because of my report.
For me, 20 years is a year of growth and harvest. In April this year, people trusted by hospital leaders appointed me as the head nurse of the infusion center. I deeply realize that there are more responsibilities on my shoulders and more motivation under my feet. After a period of understanding, with the attitude of caring, caring, respecting and understanding several nurses and sisters in the department, I carefully observed each member of the department, groped for their temper and personality, grasped the advantages and disadvantages of their work, and worked out a complementary schedule according to the characteristics that outpatient infusion patients were concentrated around noon 1 1, and started the work of the outpatient infusion center in an orderly way.
The infusion center is a window of our hospital, where outpatients are in closer contact with us. In short, it can reflect a person's accomplishment; An action can reflect a person's quality; A little thing will imprint the image of our hospital on the patients' hearts. As the leader of a department, I am more strict with myself, starting from me, setting an example and setting an example, so as to drive all the staff in the department to improve their thinking, forge their business and constrain their system.
To strengthen management, we must first improve ourselves ideologically, correct our working attitude, love our jobs, work diligently, keep making progress, be patient-centered, be considerate in service, have a kind attitude, be polite in language, try our best to do the work carefully, practically and solidly, and try our best to treat and care carefully, so as to truly reassure family members and patients.
At work, this kind of humanized service is not only within the department at the moment, but also can be extended to all aspects, from enterprising to participating in the rescue of various emergencies, to the fact that I often meet some emergency patients or patients who don't know which department to look for in the clinic. I always ask them what they need, whether they need help, take them to the department, or answer their questions patiently without waiting for them to ask. Every patient is a vulnerable group. When he is in pain and need, even a kind look and a faint smile may mean the whole spring to them. Driven by me, so are several nurses in our department. No matter what happens, I will smile at the patient and explain patiently. As long as the patient needs it and the illness needs it, work will always come first. What we pay is only our passion, but what we gain is the trust and praise of patients in our infusion center. Life is a mirror. If you smile at him, he will smile back at you. Our patient is also a mirror. If you smile at him, he will smile back at you.
Fiona Fang cannot live without rules. Good medical ethics need strict system. Under the premise of abiding by various rules and regulations of the hospital, I worked out various working rules of the department together with you, and defined the responsibilities of each class. Starting from me, I led everyone to leave early and return late, as long as the patients needed it, regardless of personal gains and losses, without the concept of time and holidays. In this way, we often urge each other and implement them diligently, ensuring the most efficient and enterprising work enthusiasm.
Exquisite technology is the core of our work. In the outpatient department, many parents of children come to our hospital for their good scalp venipuncture technology. This urges us to pay more attention to strengthening our professional level and improving nursing skills while serving enthusiastically. What is abnormal is scalp venipuncture in children, trying to hit the nail on the head and minimize the pain caused by treatment. In my spare time, I will lead you to discuss the angle, orientation, fixation method of scalp acupuncture in children, nursing care of children with fever, clinical observation of outpatient infusion in elderly patients and so on. In the process of infusion, I ask everyone to seriously implement the system of three checks and seven pairs, strictly control the infusion speed according to the nature of drugs and individual differences of patients, closely observe the changes of patients' conditions, and keep abreast of patients' conditions at any time to ensure safe and effective treatment of patients. Thankfully, our good medical ethics, enthusiastic service and exquisite technology have ensured the smooth progress of outpatient work and brought the health and smiles of countless outpatients.

Over the past year, under the leadership, help and guidance of hospital leaders, nursing directors and head nurses, with the service tenet of "patient-centered, patient-centered", we have successfully completed various nursing work plans assigned by hospital leaders, and completed more than 90% of the nursing plans. Summary of annual work of outpatient nurses 3
The hectic 20 years are coming to an end. During my more than one year as head nurse in icu, with the care of hospital leaders and the help and support of department directors and nursing department directors, the nursing work in icu has been able to operate normally. According to the plan at the beginning of the year, this year's nursing work has been successfully completed and the necessary achievements have been made. The summary is as follows:
First, improve ward facilities and strengthen ward management.
Icu is a place where critically ill patients are rescued and closely monitored. The ward environment is required to be reasonable, concise and convenient, which is conducive to observation and rescue. The rescue facilities in the ward are complete. Under the poor conditions and facilities of the original icu ward, with the support of hospital leaders, various facilities and instruments have been improved. During the year, two ECG monitors and a mild hypothermia therapeutic instrument were added, the blood gas analyzer was upgraded, the old leads of various ECG monitors were replaced, and boiled water was installed.
Two. Establish, improve and implement various rules and regulations
The number of critically ill patients in icu is obviously higher than before, and the medical care task is heavy. However, the nurses in our department are all young and junior, and individual nurses are not responsible enough. Therefore, on the basis of the original system, it has been continuously improved and revised, and the icu nurses' admission instructions, icu workflow and the responsibilities of nurses of Class A, P and N have been formulated to ensure the normal operation of icu nursing work.
Three, quality service demonstration ward, the implementation of performance appraisal.
With the strong support of the nursing department, our department launched a high-quality demonstration ward activity in September. According to the characteristics of the department, on the original basis, we constantly improve the work of the department and strive to bring safe, high-quality and satisfactory nursing services to patients. Humanized service is carried out in all aspects of nursing work. With continuous exploration and improvement, the quality of high-quality nursing service in icu is increasing day by day, and the satisfaction of patients and their families is also greatly improved. Through the careful implementation of performance appraisal, the sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm of nursing staff have been greatly improved.
Fourth, improve the professional quality of nursing staff and strengthen their own construction.
Because of the nature and strict requirements of icu work, nurses are always in the front line of patient treatment and observation. Therefore, the quality of nursing staff will directly affect the work efficiency of icu. Over the past year, the training of icu nurses has been the focus of my work. In the follow-up education of icu nurses, I adopted the methods of on-the-job training, studying abroad, self-study and assessment. According to the situation of our department, business lectures and nursing rounds are held regularly in our department, so that every nursing staff in our department can make ppt independently and improve the teaching level. One year's training enables icu nurses to be competent for their daily work, and most nurses become skilled icu staff.
5. Implement electronic medical records to standardize the writing of nursing documents.
Our hospital began to update the new system in February and gradually implemented electronic medical records. Nurses mastered the use of the new system through training and self-study in the hospital. On the basis of the original nursing evaluation, the matters needing attention in using restraint band and the dynamic score of catheter slippage, pressure sore and sedation were added to the nursing record.
Six, scientific research work has been initially carried out.
With the strong support of hospital leaders and nursing department, our department initially carried out two scientific research topics, namely, "Clinical research on cluster nursing intervention of pulmonary infection in stroke patients" and "Application research on prevention of pulmonary infection with carboxamine", and conducted classroom training, which enhanced the scientific research awareness of nursing staff in our department and made them have a further understanding of nursing scientific research.
In 20__ days, our department * * * rescued more than 294 critically ill patients, of which 277 were rescued successfully and 0/7 died, with a rescue success rate of 94%. We successfully rescued critical patients such as severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, ards, mods, acute and severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding, severe craniocerebral trauma and multiple injuries after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which greatly improved the success rate of rescue and achieved good social and economic benefits. Due to the attention, support and help of hospital leaders and department directors, the nursing work in the past year has made necessary achievements in nursing quality and professional ethics construction, but there are still many shortcomings that need further improvement.
Annual work summary of outpatient nurses 4 pages
This year's work has made me grow up gradually, and I also feel the taste of happiness and happiness in the process of work. Of course, I am glad that I have such an opportunity in my life, so I cherish my work in the hospital.
First, the completion of outpatient work
I have better arrangements for patients who go to the hospital clinic every day. At the request of doctors, I will better supervise them in an orderly manner. Of course, there is still something I can do well in the simplest diagnosis and treatment. I will do more sharing for the doctor with my personal efforts to reduce the work pressure of the doctor. In addition, they have done their own work well. Most of the work is recorded and summarized in written form, and of course, it should be handed over to the leaders in time to better evaluate the personal work.
Second, shortcomings in the work.
In this job, I also think about and summarize my own situation repeatedly, and gradually understand my problems in my work and analyze and summarize various situations. As a nurse, I really don't do my personal nursing best, so I often need to work harder to make myself excellent. Therefore, facing the future, I need to keep thinking, face patients with a more enthusiastic attitude and take good care of them. Of course, I am always careless in my work, which is a very bad aspect, especially when facing patients, I still make mistakes. Fortunately, nothing serious happened, but this is still an aspect that I must pay attention to and seriously think about. Then, my own work must be done with my heart. Whether patients need it or not, they need more greetings and give them more care and greetings. Only in this way can we draw closer the feelings between patients and take better care of them.
Third, the direction of future struggle.
In the face of this job, I still have a lot of things to work hard and struggle, so I am determined to work harder. I will make a simple plan for myself in the next life, hoping to make more efforts for myself according to my own hopes. At work, I will still make a lot of efforts to promote my own development and a better future with my personal efforts. Therefore, in the direction of life struggle, I just need to work harder and struggle harder. I believe I can make better achievements in my future life.
After I start my work in the New Year, I will adjust my best to face the work, try my best to do everything well and strive for a better direction for my future. I believe I will work harder in the future and keep working hard for my personal life.

I learned a lot from doctors, head nurses and old colleagues during my year as a nurse in the outpatient department. In this year's work, I also made some small achievements, which were affirmed by the head nurse. I also understand that there are still some areas that I need to continue to strengthen. After all, I am still a young nurse who has worked in our hospital for several years, and I also want to summarize the work of outpatient nurses in this year.
I. Services
I know that as nurses, we have a heavy responsibility. Although it is a little easier than doctors, if you want to be a better outpatient nurse, you need to do a good job in outpatient nursing. I also demand that I can make progress every day and make myself better. In nursing, I'm not. I actively study, have new methods and skills, and will use them flexibly. This year, I also did the paperwork required by the head nurse seriously. For every patient who comes to our clinic, I also serve warmly, introduce politely, understand the situation, actively help patients, and let patients feel the serious service attitude of our clinic. At the same time, this year also encountered some unreasonable or unsatisfactory work.
Second, nursing.
As for nursing, I do it in strict accordance with the requirements of the system. I am absolutely not hasty or self-righteous. I think what I do must be good. I have always followed the requirements strictly. In order to improve my nursing level, I also read books carefully and took exams in our department. I also set strict standards for my nursing work, expecting myself to achieve it and strive for more progress every day. When treating patients' diseases, I also patiently encourage patients, telling them that as long as they actively cooperate with doctors, they can overcome diseases, give them more confidence, let patients face them with a positive attitude and let them recover better.
As an outpatient nurse, I am also proud of my work as a nurse. In the new year of outpatient service, I will continue to work hard to do what I should do in my nursing. For the areas that need to be improved in my own nursing, I will also spend my energy to improve and improve my outpatient nursing level, so that my outpatient nursing can be better and more patients will affirm it. I will do everything with a serious and responsible attitude. Make yourself better.
