Parking in the service area for more than 24 hours means that it is not a short rest, refueling or eating. If you are staying in a hotel in the service area and repairing a car, you can ask for relevant bills as evidence of delaying the next high speed. If you don't stay in a hotel, you can also ask for a ticket when you buy water and food knowledge in the service area, and then use it as a voucher for the next high-speed delay.
According to the planning scale and functional perfection, expressway services are divided into three types, namely, first-class service area, second-class service area and third-class service area, each with its own characteristics.
(1) Level 1 service area
The first-class service area has the most complete facilities and the highest quality, including gas stations, parking lots, convenience stores, free lounges, restaurants, auto repair shops, etc., and is usually equipped with better facilities such as accommodation and bathing. In addition, according to the demand and geographical location of the service area, service facilities such as business meeting room, logistics storage, freezer, tourism and leisure area can be planned and built in the service area.
(2) Secondary service area
Compared with the first-level service area, the second-level service area has a slight shortage of related supporting facilities, but compared with the third-level service area, the service function is relatively perfect. Equipped with convenience stores, garage, restaurants, gas stations, parking lots, public toilets and other service facilities. However, the second-class service area can build accommodation, bathing and other facilities according to the needs, and the scale can be moderate to provide better services for passengers.
(3) Three-level service areas
Compared with the first and second service areas, the third service area usually only has the most basic service functions. The main facilities are convenience stores, parking lots, gas stations, public toilets, restaurants and so on. Just to meet the most basic and urgent needs of drivers and passengers. Under normal circumstances, accommodation and other related service facilities will not be built.

"Measures for the Administration of Expressway Service Areas in Hunan Province (Trial)" Article 12 The opening and operation of service areas (including re-operation after upgrading) shall meet the following requirements:
(a) short breaks, parking lots, drinking water supply, public toilets (including the third toilet), maternal and child rooms and other free public welfare infrastructure are complete;
(2) The commercial infrastructure such as energy filling, shopping and catering is complete;
(three) site greening, night lighting, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, standby power supply and other functional infrastructure is complete;
(four) fire, construction and other facilities and equipment by the relevant departments of the acceptance; All kinds of business premises have complete licenses, and catering personnel have valid health certificates;
(5) Reasonably divide the parking lots according to the types of passenger, dangerous and cargo vehicles, and set up parking spaces in different categories to make the roads channelized safely and scientifically;
(6) The traffic nodes in the service area shall meet the requirements of national standards and specifications, and the traffic signs, markings and signs in the area shall be standardized; Warning signs and markings should be set at the ramp entrances and exits, and the length of acceleration and deceleration lanes at the entrances and exits should meet the requirements of codes and standards;
(seven) the business operation rules and safety management system are sound, and there are management, service and safety personnel suitable for the scale of operation;
(eight) set up electronic monitoring equipment in the parking square and key business areas of the service area, set up traffic and license plate monitoring equipment at the entrance and exit of the service area, and access the unified information platform of the whole province for supervision;
(nine) the service area shall, according to the travel characteristics and service guarantee requirements of special groups such as the disabled and the elderly, set up special channels for special groups, and configure and improve barrier-free facilities and special equipment.
