What are the factors that affect the health evaluation index?

1. Population health status indicators

(1) haplotype health evaluation indicators: ① statistical indicators of growth and development, such as the percentage of low birth weight; ② Statistical indicators of incidence: such as incidence rate, prevalence rate and disease composition. ③ Death statistical indicators: such as crude mortality rate, age-specific mortality rate, infant mortality rate, etc.

(2) Composite health evaluation index

(1) years lost life (PYLL): refers to the total years lost life caused by the death of a certain population within the target survival age (usually 70 years old or life expectancy at birth) within a certain period (usually 1 year);

② Life expectancy without disability (LEFD): The average life expectancy without disability can be obtained by taking disability as the observation end point and deducting the average life expectancy lost due to disability;

③ Activity life (ALE): calculated according to the loss rate of self-care ability, it refers to the number of years that people can maintain good activities of daily life;

(4) Disability Adjusted Life Year (DALY): it is a comprehensive index of life quantity and quality in time;

⑤ Healthy life expectancy (HALE): It is the latest index to measure health status formulated by the World Health Organization.

2. Indicators of health influencing factors

(1) Main health-related indicators of population, natural environment and social environment. Population burden coefficient is also called dependency coefficient, dependency ratio. Refers to the proportion of non-working-age population to working-age population in the whole population. Population burden coefficient = (1population under 4+population over 65)/(1population aged 5-64) × 100%

(2) Common health care service indicators.

(3) Common indicators of health resources.
