Fried tofu with leek: main ingredients: old tofu, leek, seasoning: ginger and garlic, Chili powder, soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence and cooking oil.
Wash an old tofu and cut it into small pieces about two centimeters thick for use;
Wash leek and cut into sections to prepare ginger and garlic;
Pour a little oil into the hot pot, the oil is 50% hot, add the tofu blocks, and fry on low heat until both sides are golden.
Heat oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add Chili powder and stir-fry red oil, and pour in tofu blocks and stir-fry for about half a minute;
Stir-fry the salt, soy sauce and thirteen spices together for a few times, add half a bowl of clear water and stew for about five minutes, and collect the juice over high fire;
Pour in leeks, turn off the heat with chicken essence, stir-fry for about half a minute and then take out the pot.
